The Wayhaven Chronicles General Discussion (SPOILER FREE FOR BOOK THREE!)

I think M taking small acts of kindness as foreplay is going to forever be one of my favorite things.

MC: Oh, M! You mentioned the other day you were running low on detergent, right?
M: … yes?
MC: Well I got you some. I wasn’t sure what to get so I got unscented and sensitive skin. Is that okay?
M: …
M: slowly starts removing shirt
MC: No, M.
M: grabs the MC’s shoulders
M: WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME YOU TEMPRESS?!

M: what kind of kinky foreplay is this?

I don’t think M like flowers too the smell is pufff…

it’s ok they’re the fabric kind, no scent, and no need to water them, they’re literally death-proof, even M can take care of them

But what is the use one could give to flowers? I have never understood the appeal

I feel like giving flowers to any member of UB could be dangerous…

F couldn’t keep them alive, A would probably explode trying to repress all the feels, and if you got the wrong ones N would look at them and be like “umm… these flowers together mean you hope a great tragedy befalls me.”

I think they look pleasing and many have a pleasant smell that comes off of them. Also a lot of cultures tend to see the giving of flowers as a sign of endearment or romantic feelings or intentions. So I guess you could say its use is as a decoration and a (usually) effective way to show positive emotions or feelings towards another in the form of a gift. Which I suppose is a very complicated way to say they look nice to a lot of people.

Ok, so there was this ad, I’m not sure who the actress is but she reminds me of Nat so much. Perhaps a darker skin tone is needed though.

Natalie, minus the phone lol.

You know, she actually looks like gal gadot. And yeah when I thought Nat, an image like this would pop up, the way her dark hair is gently flowing and her smile. It just fits.
Edit: ok I didn’t see the gadot signature until now lol. So thats why she looks so much like Nat because that was her face claim.

Ok guys, I need some help.

The way I’m setting up the Theories and Hunches sections of the FAQ, I will be posting the earliest, most detailed, and/or most liked posts, but I need some help finding posts that fulfill that criteria for the following theories/hunches:

  • Theory: N and Blood (needing/wanting more)
  • Theory: Unit Bravo’s Ages
  • Theory: N’s Ethnicity
  • Hunch: F’s Family
  • Hunch: N Wasn’t Always Good

If you could help me find them, I would be eternally grateful!!

And please note, that there’s the old thread and the original WIP to look through, which is why I’m asking for help so I’m not sure I can look through all three without missing anything significant.

As for me, right now I’ll be taking a well-deserved sleep and keep pecking at this tomorrow.

Thanks so much in advance, everyone!

God, I hope I did it right. I’m sorry if I missed any significant posts but I tried to keep them limited to the criteria you suggested and did not include posts that were made obviously in jest. Not sure how I feel about having to read through all that angst-content in the previous thread through, phew.

Y’know thinking about N being overprotective and wanting to keep the MC safe–given N’s reactions to the MC’s blood, if N does have some trouble controlling themselves around it, even something as simple as a papercut or a skinned knee gets a lot scarier
