I just wanna say the way you described Africa was both accurate and hilarious. Take it from someone who has lived in this country their life. This place is definitely diverse in culture and other nationalities and has potential to become a richer and more developed country. Heck, one kind of dialogue choice that would be hilarious to see is to convince people that you had a wild animal for a pet, which is Illegal unless you own an animal farm. The only animal that I know of that you can actually own as a pet is a meerkat.

you can own a meerkat?! Are they domesticated or tamed?
I personally find South Africa a pretty interesting place, though I admit it only came onto my radar pretty recently after I looked more at BRICS.
I don’t know. I just know it’s legal to own one and if you get documentation for it as an exotic pet, you can take it with you overseas

I was wondering-- how old is the protagonist before waking up on the train? After all, anime can be watched by anyone from grade schoolers to retirees. It would be really odd to be contemplating retirement before falling asleep only to wake up to enrolling once more in high school! Or, fall asleep as a grade school kid, only to wake up a few grades ahead in your new favorite anime. (I’ve been out of high school for quite some time, and suddenly being 15 again would be a very interesting experience.)
This game could be very entertaining.

that could be an interesting mechanic on how our character acts either childlike or adult or teenager and then choosing other things to finish making their personality/backstory (but then im wondering if we have family in the anime and our backstory in it)

I was thinking about tge fact that in some anime the protagonist has to do somthing first to get their powers. So if you knew this was going to happen can your mc do it before the protagonist does and then be the op one in the school. I am already making plots for the protagonist’s downfall. All hail the mc!!!

Yep, but @blupe is questioning it because in animes that are like that, the protagonist almost always was older before awakes into another world. Like an adult becoming a teen. (I don’t know if I explained it so well)

Ferosify-- I am talking about before there is anything in the stat screen. Before the game begins. My default assumption tends to be around my own age, unless there is reason to believe otherwise (which often tends to be the case.) Iam not certain what the default is for waking up in an anime world when you weren’t in one before. Do you even still look like you? Or do you now look like an anime character? (Hm, having your hair naturaly magenta or cyan could be fun. Maybe I would dye it back to a boring brown just to stand out!)

I’ve done it to multiple people and I’m always shocked at how gullible some people can be and how such little they may know about the African continent as a whole

I live in a state, Texas, in which the only thing stopping a random schmuck from getting a lion, tiger, cheetah, or bear as a pet is a permit.
Sloths, capyburas, kangaroos and wallabies, don’t even need a permit.
So the assumption that people who believe others might have exotic pets believe that out of gullibility is a faulty premise. .
