Funny, I have exactly the opposite opinion haha. In the inn route I don’t like the flirt options we have (still love the friendship ones in every route) with him. But in the pouch route I find him waaaaaay more endearing.
I really really like the bold flirting of the pouch route. Is bold but not super flirty, really, and more with you sharing some physical comfort with him. I love the head scratches he gives you when you lean on his chest lmao. And the ship scene on that same route? Damn. That was great as well, loved him pulling you to his chest while reassuring you .
Ah yes, this is where this media shines compared, say, the passive ‘spectator’ nature of books (closest comparison media-wise). Here, in CYOAs, we can find different things attracting us. 
Of course, I tell you, it certainly doesn’t hurt the slightest when the writing is awesome either, as with SSW, with characters to fall for, even if it is not always romantically.

@SpaceAndroid Well, I won’t spoil things for you, but it is possible to play like that but only in later books and only for very specific reasons. I don’t really enjoy writing characters like that unless there’s a story point for it. Even writing the anti-social MC that I have in now was a struggle! So yeah, it’s doable, but not really easy to get, haha!
@Taylor_Enean That’s fair I love smut myself, but I’m very particular about it, so if it’s not up to my standards, i prefer to only have fluff, haha! That’s why smut is always optional, lmao!

Hey, guys, would a Discord server be something that’d interest you? I’ve seen that a lot of games have those, even some that are just WIPs. It would probably make more sense to make one closer to release, but if people are interested, I could look into making one now.
