One of my favorite characters in the game! His interactions with MC were adorable and they gave me all these grandpa-grandchild vibes. I’m gonna miss him so much

I’m pretty sure he thought she was another priest’s… uh… hired lady. I seriously thought he was about to lead my MC to some randy old cleric.

Some typos I found going through the game:
“Alessa’s fingers spasm within yours, a quick instinct twitch, but she quickly adjusts. You feel her sink further into you, her back now completely flustered along your front. It was as if she was expecting it.”
I think you meant flush there.
“We are not hiring further guardians,” he says in an obnoxious monotonic tone of voice. His passive eyes shift boringly from Alessa to Hadrian and end on you. His expression doesn’t change in the slightest, but somehow you get the impression he likes you the less of all. “I wish you all, good sires, the best of nights.”
Should be least.
Old Gauntlet - An ancient gauntlet you picked up when the wall collapsed. It’s lighter than it appears and is in a decrepit state. It seems it had not stand well against the test of time. It has the profile of a face engraved on the wrist.
Should be stood.
“You flop on your back and stare at the ceiling, mentally reading for the day ahead.”
I think you mean readying.
“You smile. “The ocean, uh?””
I think that should be “huh”
Alessa turns back to you. “One hidden dagger,” her teeth clench and sharp, quick fingers pock you suddenly in the ribs. Her strike was quick, you barely saw it. “And you lose your life. 'Tis all over. Because you did not pay attention. Because you discarded vigilance and fell into the trap of security.”

Just wanted to point out a typo here.
Ysabella’s own smile is dazzling. “A show of kindness” she murmurs and looks at you for a moment. Almost… proudly. “How rare that is. Rarer still to see it extended to one bellow you.”
It’s simply an extra ‘L’.

Alessa’s path and the overall story is very well writen, one of the best WIP’s now.
I still can’t understand though, why on my second playthrough my MC was both hitting on Alessa and Hadrian? Aren’t RO’s locked depending on if you are M or F?

Both Alessa and Hadrian are romanceable regardless of your gender. The only difference it makes is that the companion of your opposite sex will have a pre-existing crush on you, while a same-sex relationship has to be prompted by the MC.

The MC doesn’t hit on either Hadrian or Alessa unless the player chooses to.
They will, however, show interest in you. And as @SourPeaches has stated, that depends on your gender.

Hi, very late reaction but both things were still there last time I played (Last week). I started a new save and didn’t use an old one.
Anyway, this still is one of my favourites. I normally don’t pick the teasing/bold/chaotic dumbass ones but you make it easy and fun for me to try something new.

I tried playing fem!MC x Alessa and I wanted to hug Hadrian the entire time. Poor boy, it was so angsty watching him crushing hard on MC and realizing Alessa has her heart. I CANNOT. Hadrian must be protected at all costs.

I ADORE Hadrian. I didn’t even care about Alessa the second she showed up. I love him so much and was sad when I finished the demo because 
no more Hadrian.

All the more recent typos and errors you’ve all been showing me are being fixed, I just can’t upload the files because, like a fool, I didn’t save the demo files separately.

I love all the characters and all the ROs but the angst of having one of them crushing on MC when MC doesn’t return their feelings?
LET ME DROWN IN THE RIVER SO I DON’T SUFFER LIKE THIS. LET ME FALL FROM THE EVIL’S BRIDGE AND HAVE A MERCIFUL DEATH.
Dramatics apart, I adore how Hadrian and Alessa have crushes on certain MCs by default. Feels nice to be liked since the beginning, and it makes the two of them more realistic. They have their own feelings, it’s not your decision. Also? I keep checking the Stats page to watch the description of the relationship’s status change. I LOVE THOSE DETAILS. It feels so organic and nice and exciting!

When given the chance, I tend to play very devout characters. So the scene in Cathedral when sharing how they had the exact same beliefs was amazing. It was just so touching.

Forgot to mention this, but I absolutely love Hadrian’s church scene with an accepting and not believer mc. They both accept each others faith or lack thereof and just chat about it open and honest. I really enjoyed that. Hadrian is a bro.
Alessa is too cool and too adorable: a skilled fighter with cute reactions. Love how she goes from rolling her eyes at a chaotic dumbass mc to blushing when they turn their charm on. I haven’t done the friendship ‘route’ yet because I just cannot not pick the romance options. I’m weak!
