Okay guys, let me answer some of your questions and comments.

  1. The stats are supposed to help you later in the game, either when you meet someone in the dungeon (another “criminal”) or when you get OUT of the dungeon (not sure if I will add this feature yet) or possibly when talking with guards or rivals.
  2. They sound sort of like Choice Of Dragon because it sort of gave me the idea to make this game.
  3. On my computer, the backround IS the same color as the map images, I don’t know why this is, but I have tested it on another computer and found the colors ARE different, I don’t know how i’ll fix this really, but i’ll try.
  4. I realize all pictures will not view, I have no idea why this is, it seems to only happen to a select few computers.

I don’t think it’s a problem at all if you want to use a similar system to Choice of the Dragon. But I’d suggest at least renaming them if you want to go that route, make the game a little more unique.

Just realized that the title image is actually lifted from the Darkness game directly. That’s is certainly copyrighted.

Changing the title and logo…yeah, I just noticed that it’s a little too simalar to the game “The Darkness 2” for ps3…oops…

I hate to keep harping on this, but the new logo is clearly taken from the also-copyrighted logo of the game ‘Dungeons’. http://www.dungeons-game.com/

I think it might be a good idea to try to create an original logo if you’d like to use one. Most of what you’ll find through internet searches will be already copyrighted.
