It says on the update you can just be a mentor figure
Darkness sounds cool too! Using it as a extension of yourself or as acting as one with it can be very intimidating and would really emphasize how inhuman and other Death is.
Ah, but I donāt think it bears enough of the visceral fury I want.
Soul and Madness in my first run. My Death used to be stoic and duty driven. Now he is pure and uncontrolled emotions. And madness fits with the theme.
Fair enough. I, myself, canāt wait to make all the gods regret ever thinking they could contain Death by stabbing them with their own golden rods. One by one
You know, for Justice domain, thatād be a cool power. Forcing everyone to say āthe truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.ā Like, the person talking to Death is either compelled like a truth serum or they suffer a punishment for not saying everything or telling a lie.
Perfect for sisters a little too similar to Game of Thrones characters.
Just played the new demo and the child in the prologue isE, wow.
Though somehow I missed the choose-your-mask option, where is itš
And the favourite offering choices are all fitting!
That was super fun and Iām certainly looking forward to finding out what exactly went down while Death was MIA. I certainly doubt it was as consequence free as they might have hoped.
Should have left Nemera in the Abyss tbh. Quaboth is Deathās only sibling far as Iām concerned. Sheās basically just Death from Wish since she has Night instead of Darkness.
Personally Iām probably going to play as a duty focused Death just became even colder and more focused on duty after escaping with a Justice domain. Ultimately more annoyed by the disruption to balance than anything else just because that would probably be a more incomprehensible thought process than revenge or forgiveness.
Obviously Iāll still be doing other playthroughs with revenge for madness or fury though.
Also probably going Darkness as main and then Aura or Soul because the darkness is clearly Deathās best friend and true comrade.
I kinda feel like there should be a peace domain, just cause thereās always the option of still being caring and forgiving in most the choices. Probably be the strongest domain just cause itās so hard to play as an eternally loving and forgiving being with the story so far lol.
Yes, that was my first inclination as well.
I might return to it.
Also going for justice because clearly, none of the others gives a damn about it.
Its included in when you choose your eye color option.
Ah, another bug, when choosing female Eoin, it seems like all the "she"s turn into āher.ā So it becomes like, āHer walked around,ā and stuff.
Perhaps Iām just dumb and missed it, whatās the āsecret thingā that Death kept hidden that got revealed? Is it related to the scars (that I donāt know the source of) that feel randomly mentioned? Could be stuff thatās not said yet, but I want to make sure as it was confusing me.
Related to this, the position of that last interlude in the timeline got me super confused, because I had no idea what the scars mentioned were and I didnāt see any indication of when it was happening, unlike all other parts.
Pretty sure the last interlude was right before our imprisonment, but it was definitely unclear initially since it didnāt have any clear indicator like the other various time jumps.
I figured that out, after being several choices in, which resulted in me restoring an earlier save to make proper choices for MC in that time. Iād call that confusing.
I want vengeance so bad, none of them (not including our brother) deserve forgiveness.
I canāt wait to bring down the divine hammer of justice on Friend!Sol for betraying their friendship, I hope weāre given the option of imprisoning Sol for 2,000 years as they did to Death, especially if the Justice Domain is chosen, an eye for an eye you could say. Aside from that, Madness!Death with Romanced!Sol seems like it would be fun. I like the idea of Death going insane because the thought of Sol betraying him was such an impossibility in his mind on par with 2+2 equaling 5 that it shattered his psyche.
Perhaps we shouldnāt aim our holy, shadow clad justice at Sol, unless he/she get revealed to be the ringleader/instigator, of course. My money is on the sea god being the instigator to all this insanity. If I am wrong then about the sea god, then Iāll it out on just about whoever else is responsible.
