Most likely the sea god and the twins, helped along by your sister. But there is direct mention of Sol’s approval for something. So it remains to be seen what that was and just how pissed we should be.
On the current hit list
chainon (( sea god )) yeah i know i screwed up his name lol, the twins, sister, and the knowledge god.
Those five likely to be every playthrough
The other gods and goddesses depends really on the Chosen MC and how story goes. Out of all of them the only universally safe is our brother.
To the question of Sol also depends on the playthrough but the severity of responce from MC may vary and is more dependent on which MC i use than the story at the moment lol.
I do hope we get a chance to gain more worshippers and help create what our worship(religion) is like. Also want to know if like the other gods if we did or will create our own mortal race, or if since we’re the god of death we can’t create a race but can perhaps change an existing ppl into a race. Like vampires, werewolves, or my personal favorite ruskalka, that’s probably make sea god mad and I live for that lol
Uh, I like that. Let’s start with fish god’s creatures. A little corruption here a little trauma there
E voilà our new followers
The best part of this route is when Death imagines that Sol is behind them, as if remembering how Sol left them made Death so absolutely insane they are hallucinating Sol still with them.
Very cool, I like it.
Going to play this game with listening Bloodborne Ost. Cause I’m that dramatic hoonter
Well, according to old posts on author’s Tumblr, MC did have a people of their own. They kinda got genocided most of them, but this could have been changed with the redo.
now I’m curious
nope pretty sure Éoin is last worshiper, they were all haunted and death was erased from history pretty much
I really hope we get to mourn them like yes sure they are death but let them grieve for unnecessary death.
Also the betrayal when death finds out what happened. Like the gods have locked them up because they where basically doing their job and then killed their followers who had nothing to do with that. Double the angst for romanced/friend Sol.
the worst part is death actually felt them getting slaughtered because some were praying to them but death was already locked up
Am I the only one who is getting male pronouns for sol even though I set her gender to female
Pronouns are a problem in this update. I did not find many with female Sol, but maybe I just did not notice them. The greatest problem is, as someone mentioned before, Eoins “she” pronouns appearing as “her”.
Yeah, that was really distracting and there’s one instance where it uses the male pronouns too.
In my case I didn’t notice any aside from sol always being referred to as male
You might want to update the topic with the newest update date!
Finally had the time to play the new demo !
Only Quaboth will be safe no matter what.
Like seriously, if it wasn’t for him and Death right hand woman (don’t remember her name will call her M) the orphan we found and the simple fact my Death care about innocent. She would legit kill herself just to end the world and do a middle finger to everyone.
I admit I’m kinda a bit scared seeing as there is planned to be 3 book. And that because of that our revenge will prob take longer. I wanna kill Nemeya in book 1 damn it. (I took the justice domain solely so I can loom above everyone involved and declare in a booming voice that they are GUILTY and slaughter them) I need to have the option to tell her to stop trying to copy my Death, cuz purple, coolness and competence came from big sister first and not the discount that she is. Prob not the instigator but personally I find her the most annoying. Because my Death tried to get along with her but b*tch is too power hungry. And she is still our sibling, while my Death would more then imagine Chamion and the twin do that. She thought her sister had the barest amount of decency and respect for the fact us 3 had to fight for our life and that Death was key in their survival. Like Chamion and the twin had no standard. And the standard for her was on the floor and Nemeya decided to dig under.
Also, woah. Man, is it me or is Sol kinda a weak King ? I decided to make my Death romance him for the drama™. But like bro, the more Death past become clear the more it seem like even before our imprisonement no one respected his authority. I’m eager to know more about the events about Chamion and what is Nemeya talking about if she isn’t referencing that. Because so far it seem that Sol didn’t manage or even try to give Chamion a slap on the wrist for trying to stop them doing their literal JOB. And broke multiples promises made to Death.
I hope we can give Sol the cold shoulder for until book 2-3. I absolutely want the chance for my Death to say that despite her better judgment she still love him but that she doesn’t trust him and don’t want to come back. And drag out all of this angst for as long as possible. I took every choices to find comfort in Death and Sol connection like with the flower and the pendant. Because the second someone related or Sol himself appear, my Death is slapping him and turning around. So (if I remember) Sol will feel that when my Death isn’t near them. She find some comfort in their shared connection and don’t seem to want to break it. But is telling him to gtfo and is extra rude and cold everytime he is near or try to contact her directly. Man, I want to give mixed signals just to mess with Sol so much.
Also, is it me or the Fates seem involved in all of this ? I get that vibe that we will find that they somehow were. Or may even have planned it. If the orphan we take in is any indication. The fact it’s implied that Death was more busy then usual. And the hint of the creator here and there.(I ain’t sure if it was only in past flashback but I got this impression that we had some hint of their lingering presence. Will have to check again tho, I’m really not sure.) Something unusual may be happening.
I’m thinking they are passive and not a confrontal individual normally (?) I can’t say they’re weak at least for me, but I don’t think we saw their power fully yet.
Sol being passive does add to the feeling I get that if he/she/they were to ask one of the furyan god to stop doing a thing. They would likely not listen and do whatever until Sol have to either threaten to punch them/punch them with his power or give up. I’m curious if this is a pattern (maybe related to why Sol is said to have broken Death trust many time in the past) or if the situation we find Death and Sol in is special. aka the Fates meddled in and stopped Sol from acting + godly politics perhaps ?
For now, (I hope Sol is shown to have a firmer grasp on the Pantheon. I know he ordered the gods to stop interacting with mortals closely and they followed. So I know he can make them follow him and haven’t lost total control of his court.) just give me that “not much actual power to act and command” vibe. Once again I suspect the Fates to potentially force his hand in a lot of things. And some other reasons we will prob learn later that mean he has to obey someone/something else orders for now. With a dash of Sol perhaps having to deal with so much internal politics and having to reconcile opposites parties. That he/she/they can’t do a lot without fighting their court for it first. Pretty much not a leader that could pull any “what I say goes” kinda deal even if it would be beneficial to speed things up. Is my impression so far. But, well, it’s certainly (I hope) bound to change.
From the context my headcannon for Sol became just that he was kind of a semi-flake about some things. He can and will do the things he wants, and if you press him on other things he’ll promise to do them or take care of them or take part in them or whatever…but he may or may not actually bother, coming down mostly on the side of not bothering. I know a lot of people like this in real life, and it seems to be one of the most common “broken promises” patterns out there.
