When I choose the leaders perks and I choose for her to be addicted to cigarettes it stays in the list allowing me to choose it again for extra points (I don’t suppose that’s how it’s meant to work.)
Anyway I love this game so far. Ever since I played Choice of the Rockstar I was hoping for more games where we get to create a band and this mixed with sci-fi stuff just makes it more awesome imo.
Also I like @obieblu’s idea: I hope we’ll be able to romance the MCs with eachother.

I already explained I don’t know how to do that, or gray out choices rather than make them disappear. That’d be useful actually, see if you can find me that.
Always read the OP. Everyone should. And multiple protagonists have been a thing I’ve done multiple times in the past but hardly ever seen a cog do for some reason despite the fact the written word is the perfect medium and multiple protagonists means more choices and freedom. Seriously I only think one game did it.
Not whatever I like, whatever you like! The faces age is for a different perspective throughout the galaxy and their character development.

Thanks baby. When choice of the rockstar came out I loved it but over the years I grew to see how limited it was. Especially the band part, that always bothered me. So I decided I’d make one myself, then added sci-fi since there aren’t enough of those in cog.

Indie is a subgenre, it is planned as one of the styles you can choose for rock.

Also note indie is only available if you do not sell out, because indie=independent.
I love this game so far! Pretty engaging and hella options for all the characters. Loved the first gig.
There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes, but that’s to be expected since this is very early in its conception. The main thing I noticed was how I chose the last character to be a male, but they were referred to as female or they quite often, in addition to being called a male.
I think once completed, this could rival Choice of the Rockstar!

I haven’t seen any multiple-MC games yet, but as a UX guy, I just want to make sure the user knows what they’re doing. That very first choice determining the Face’s gender was the only one that I wasn’t sure about who I was determining.
As to the Face’s age… at 17, are you not planning that the gorgeous band singer is going to be a virgin for the duration of the story? Whether NPCs or other MCs. An easy way around that would be to have their 18th birthday early on. I think it’d be cool if the MCs could get involved. That could even be band drama. 
I don’t know how CoG thinks exactly, but if they have an issue with <18 sex, that would include the hook-up you can start with during the character introduction?
We had the diner conversation, and the Face and the alien were both like “Hello, my name is [name], and I’m a sex addict.” I doubt they’re gonna spend many days in a tin can in space and nothing will happen. Factoring in that the drummer has a spouse, there’s some perfect jealousy drama if their spouse even suspects something’s going on with a bandmate.
Episode ideas from me? I could think of some… but I don’t know what you have planned already.

Why on earth would I plan that? Actually, considering the very first choice for the face, I’m pretty sure the majority of players already have their face as a non-virgin. Hey, you even mentioned the hook-up lol

I referenced what you wrote in reply to whether or not CoG would like an underager having sex. You’ve already got it as an option before the MC has a name. So, either you should take that out because policies, or you’re risking it, so no reason to not continue with it. I don’t have a question, really other than if it’s out or it’s in (and continues).
If you’re looking for typical band/celebrity drama in addition to concerts and music battles, then I’m thinking of things like:
They’re invited to some celebrity charity event, maybe even a ‘We are the World’ sort of thing, and the drummer’s ex-band is there. They can either play nice for the cameras and all the other celebrities, or have a big fight. The PR could be good or bad depending on their genre. Pop fans wouldn’t like it, rock fans might. Or like a celebrity sports game, and they could hurt someone or be hurt.
The obvious ‘Yoko’ using romance to cause friction, or even trying to punch their card with all of the band members.
A politician wants them to play at a rally or corporation wants them for an ad campaign. Something with The Man which would gain or lose them with the fans for doing it and gain or lose with the galactic hierarchy.
Some rando wanting to make a buck goes to the media with a scandal, like a kid by one of the band members or something of that nature to get theri 15 minutes.
Nude photos leak. Good or bad…
Some planet bans them for their content, China style. Negotiate with them on their terms, compromise your lyrics and re-record, or pride yourselves on not compromising.

I’m a boring INTJ who skirts the line inasmuch as it won’t cause irreparable problems. If CoG is cool with 17, cool. Bandmates hook up all the time. If they’re not cool with it, take the hook-up out.
I know most of those are default, but you asked, and I didn’t know if you were going there drama route or sticking to music performance variations. I know you hate redundancy… 
China bans movies, tv shows, and songs/singers who violate the CPS’s cultural objectives. Movies and tv with strong unflattering political content are banned. Rap was only allowed on tv like last year, and there’s alot of oversight. Katy Perry was banned for liking Taiwan. A Victoria’s Secret model was denied a visa because of a video of her disrespecting a Buddha cookie. A planet could do something like that to the band.
You could go kiss their ass for the legal right to sell music and have concerts there. Or not.

Why not make the Face 18 years old then it would be okay I think or is it bc of plot reasons that they have to be 17 years old then nvm.
What I think would make the romance interesting between the MCs is that we would see it through both the involved persons POV I really liked that in Wayhaven Chronicles too.
The unique perspective of a teenager/character development is the reason, but I appreciate your thoughts rocker
I haven’t played wayhaven chronicles but I was planning that already along with a perspective switch of the husband/wife of the leader and the gf/bf the face, sound like a good idea baby?
I know it’s just to keep in style but please stop using this word when you talk to me. It makes me kinda uncomfortable.
