He isn’t? That’s too bad. This is probably blasphemy but it would be pretty wicked if you could romance the actual Devil.
There’s reasons why but it’s spoilers.
Ohhh I like spoilers. Will you tell me what they are?
@G_G
Glad you enjoyed it! The next ‘update’ may not be quite as exciting as it could be, as I’m changing some stuff around in the first bit as I’m not satisfied with the current passive voice of events towards the end of it–also adding more sibling interaction time to avoid, as was rightly pointed out, people not knowing who Ramiel was after his name being mentioned twice in the prologue
Lucifer is Gabriel’s father.
Also in this universe the Devil is a misnomer; Lucifer is a Fallen, not a demon or devil:
Demons are former humans. Angels who fell are called Fallen, and are not demons. Devils are actually creatures from other planes of existence. Most of them are actually dark but some are not. Therefore calling Lucifer the Devil is actually a misnomer. There are classes of demons like there are for angels, like succubus and incubus.
Also Lucifer hasn’t always chosen to present as male. He’s experimented, but that’s by and large his preferred gender.
Ninjad by author.
Awww well. It was a nice dream while it lasted. Thanks for telling me. Anyway it’s really a great story and I enjoyed it immensely. Keep up the good work.
Haha seems you were too slow mate.
I am soooo sold on this <3
I mean I get to be in a poly relationship and be a mom!!
I love the story so far and can’t wait for more
hope everything is well on your end thanks for bringing this story into my life
Wait, what? Was this finally updated?!?!?
Looking at the few posts up, there seem to be no new game update.
About Gabriel and Lucifer, was Gabriel given birthed or created by Lucifer?
Anyway,
Lucifer: I am your father!
Gabriel: NOOOOO!
And about Ramiel and fae, is Ramiel the child’s biological father?
I like your writing, every details about Gabriel’s feelings towards Ramiel, really make me feel heartbreak. Buuuut I hope there will be a much happier way if Gabriel choose another LI after they may or may not confess their feeling to Ramiel despite they had a crush on him?
Gabriel was created by Lucifer and another angel by combining their graces. They started out as a, like, ball of grace and energy and slowly formed into a kiddo. We don’t know much about Gabriel’s other parent except that Lucifer respected them but wasn’t necessarily in love with them, and that they didn’t join the rebellion.
And yes, Ramiel is the children’s Biological father. Which is a big no no in angel world and hence, why he’s on trial now.
Also I just wanted to let you know that you if you have other questions, there are a lot of answers on the SoS tumblr, so I definitely suggest checking it out!
Gabriel to Lucifer: I had it under control
Gabriel internally: fangirling
I like the idea of a stoic Gabriel secretly idolizing Lucifer. Do we ever get to take him up on the offer of training? Man this wip has come a long way.
I have no idea but that should be an interesting scene if it happens
Tbh, the scene I’m really waiting for is the trial because can’t wait to see what happens exactly when Heaven renders judgement and what it means exactly to fall. Like from the tumblr confirmations, it’s not a pleasant experience and what not to put it mildly but I want to see how that plays out in terms of relationships? We kinda do get a glimpse of the aftermath in the prologue but I can’t wait for the fullblown feels to happen
I have been reading the comment section lately and I’m curious how everyone knows so much about this game.
Most people here got it from SoS Tumblr.
Just finished watching Good omens by Neil Gaiman and I am quite curious if the author has read the original book.
Oof… ok, I finished the current demo, and tried reading into the early posts in the thread. Not ready to do my head in like that, ok! This was bloody brilliant. I have to say, your writing is superb and I hope you’re proud of it because damn!
The characters were engaging too. I might just care too quickly, but my feelings towards essentially every character we’ve been introduced to so far are pretty clear already. Especially in regards to Gabriel’s nestmates. I adore Ramiel and Israfel, and I enjoy the slight discord between Michael and Gabriel. After the prologue(?) wherein Michael seemed somewhat repentant for being a douche nozzle earlier, I don’t feel too negatively toward him. I get the feeling that he just feels very strongly when it comes to his siblings.
I also already adore Daniel, and can picture how my iteration of Gabriel will interact with him. Oh! Speaking of, I’ll just slip that in under a summary.

Main Characters:
Lucifer: 65%
Seems to like you, for some unknown reason. Whatever it is, it’s good to have someone as powerful as him on your side.
She views him favourably. After their brief meeting, she has decided to take his request to heart and judge him with her own experiences. Though she has never felt the need to voice it, her respect and admiration for what the Morningstar once was is why she insists on keeping the brutish shape of her Angel Blade.
Israfel: 50%
Would follow you into Hell if you asked, and even if you didn’t. You are his closest sibling and he will always be by your side.
Gabriel holds Israfel very dear. Though never having felt the need to say it, through Grace or verbally, what Israfel thinks and feels means a great deal to her. He is her favourite sibling, in the earthly-human sense.
Michael: 30%
You hardly see eye-to-eye, but there’s still a grudging respect. Sometimes.
While usually quick to snap at Michael, and just as quick to call him rude names, Gabriel still cares for Michael. He’s, as Sabriel put it, an arse but she recalls the moments where he’s allowed himself to simply be her nestmate that worries for her instead of Michael the Archangel. So, while she will never grow out of her need to snark him, he is still her dear sibling.
Daniel: 55%
Trusts you and follows you out of affection. He tries to please you with his actions.
Sometimes Gabriel will wonder if her God’s will was really needed in her decision to protect Daniel. After Ramiel’s spawn, she’s developed a soft spot of her own for innocents; children in particular. Daniel is an even more exceptional case as the more time they spend together, the more she cares for him and the more she feels responsible for him on a personal level. Gabriel wants to do right by him.
Ramiel: 55%
Might be overprotective, but you are too important to him for him to let any harm come to you. He stands with you.
Ramiel fills Gabriel with a whirlwind of feelings. He is one of her dearest siblings, but he also stirs currently unlabelled feelings within her. She relishes in his touch when she receives it, and longs for it when it’s taken. Yet she was just as happy to hear that he was to be a father with another woman. She feels like she’s committed some crime of her own after those childrens’ fates and wishes to repent to him somehow.
Other Characters:
Leochlan: 40%
Finds you intriguing. Capturing a fae’s attention is always a little alarming.
She still has that flower he gave her. The fae are intriguing, chief among them being Leoch and his sisters. She regards him fondly.
Laniwynn: 30%
Finds you amusing. She’s curious enough to keep you around.
Their first meeting now stirs pleasant tingles of amusement in Gabriel. She understands Laniwynn’s protectiveness, and appreciates it.
As I was saying! (And, apologies to those that don’t identify with she/her pronouns, but I’m describing my iteration of Gabriel who identifies with those pronouns.) Gabriel wants to be the same kind of figure in Daniel’s life that Israfel has been to her, with maybe a pinch of Michael’s need for those he cares for to be safe. But she’d sooner fall than ever let him know that.
I already kind of ship the hell out of Gabriel and Ramiel, I feel really bad for what will become of his children, since he’s going to end up Fallen. I’m also so hyped for whatever our relationship with Lucifer will end up. He helped Gabriel see, if they so chose to, what they could be outside of their role in the grand scheme that is Heaven. That’s a big thing. Not an “Oh, Daystar, Son of Morning! I would fall for you a thousand times and again!” kind of big, but still pretty damn big.
Every time I see activity in this thread I instantly jump in hoping it’s an update… alas…
Don’t worry friend, the day that we can corrupt an innocent Satan boy into actual Satan will soon come.
