Americans have a problem with women breast nudity? because in Spanish modern times top less is most common thing ever. Half of women in beaches have no bra to sunbathing. or everything. From old grandma to college girls… i found so cute the embarrassment lol

America has a very bizarre standard where nudity and sexuality are taboo but violence is cool and great. It’s pretty annoying.

Yeah. I have noticed that. is also easy to see if there is an American in beach as they start shouting alarmingly about our depravity because we have nipples or something. it happened here when a tourist come to beach. And go away very offended about our barbaric behaviour.
When is something totally natural. And i don’t really see the problem with it. I could understand if the girl is shy but i personally if these are my friends they probably have seen them already on a beach but i have zero issues with nudity as i have went nudist beaches here so for me is a logical choice be shirtless

Imagine how he might have reacted coming to a all nude beach^^ Hm this reminds me of a story about 25 years ago. I have been at a german trailer park, which is different from american ones since here it is a holiday thing, not somewhere to live. I was taking my little brother and some of his friends to a spot where you could find lots of blackberries. I think I was about 15 years old, the kids ranged from 4-7. I went with them to a strech, where a corporation “produced” sand during the week. I did not know that at weekends this was a spot for nude bathing. It was very funny when we where picking berries when suddenly a guy ran by. I just stood there looking at the kids and stiffling laugther because all the kiddies went “ooooh look he is naked”. We skipped the blackberrys and went back^^

Yeah. trailer here are same. And nudist is more something of beaches here in Galicia I think is very important for self esteem used the kid and teen to see REAL human nude bodies in a non sexual situation . Because the only nudes they see is pornographic from actors that have unrealistic bodies most time. so they could think they are not fit enough or even that they’re not normal. See reality helps to have a real perception of humanity not unreasonable made with unfair standards.

… Am I the only one who likes them? The characters, I mean. Well, maybe it has to do with the fact that I’m actually 18 and most of my friends (sometimes even myself) act like them lol (maybe we’re just stupid, after all). So you did a pretty good job in portraying 18 year olds accurately!! I’m looking forward for chapter 2

Hey. I had 18 once too But I won’t go to forest to hang out friends and driving over people. And go drugging in a place a bear could tear me appart calling me weird lol. I have been grumpy all my life so that kids aren’t compatible with me at all.
But yeah there are people like that. Still if I go to forest with a guy is not exactly to drinking there are other ways of having fun… just saying. Still this kids don’t seem orgy type except the one tht has a fetish for mosquitoes…

Oh shit. I was too curious so I started to watch IKWYDLS, only to realize that I had already watched it, lol. It must have been several years ago because I forgot all about it.
Turns out the first 1.5 chapters are pretty similar to the movie, but then they diverge a lot. Whereas the movie is a slasher, Skeletons is thriller, which is almost as different as you can get.

My usage of the word in my story was meant to make it more authentic. But it’s also not important enough to me for me to want to have to argue about it with people constantly. Some black individuals have said they think it’s fine, and others have been offended by it. But if replacing a single word with another avoids that and stops a source of contention, that seems like the obvious thing to do.
I am going to sleep, but it’s likely that I will edit the demo later. I appreciate all your feedback on this subject.

One - a single - black person in the crowd being offended by your use of a slur should still be held over the tons of white people defending it as “your story” or “artistic expression”.
I can understand your getting mixed opinions from the Black community, but if Black people aren’t in 100% agreement over whether your use is offensive or not, it’s best to respect the wishes of the few and edit it out.
