She isnt dead. She lives at end of 5. Unless maybe you killed her? Idk if that was optional. She lived to get the Samurai to chase after you. Friends and allies seem to keep dying for certain. Maybe. Because it didnt say she was dead, could be freed. The Yakuza girl.

IIRC Momoko is very much dead. She’s just a corpse animated by a spirit at this point.

hmmm no, Momoko didn’t die, before being possessed she just got her tongue chopped off, which from what is shown in book 4, doesn’t lead to her death but just wandering about asking for help from assholes because blood came from her mouth then she got possessed, but who knows maybe she did die from the blood loss then she got possessed but in book 5 she still took control of her body for some time to communicate with our MC, that doesn’t sound like someone who lost there grip on life or are you talking about the part in book 5 when someone shot her body with a arrow or a bullet from a musket, I don’t know which one it was, then eh maybe momoko body will heal like sukuna did to yuji in jjk, if not then I will sadly think deeply about life about a certain waifu
