So does the romance choice in book 2, saying I love you to you know who, lock you out of future romances in the other books or are you locked in?

Jun recounts past lovers in book 4 - my ronin fucked Baron and Toshio and Jun got himself a nasty case of “have you prayed tonight, Desdemona?”, “asking” ronin to recount the people whom he fucked.
But speaking about Momoko… I think this romance will play a bigger role in book five. It’s not a lock - in, not by any means, if you sleep with her, but it does seem very spicy in the future.
