Naw, it was my dyslexia. But we came to an agreement. It pisses of and lets me read the puzzle properly, and I don’t read for an entire day Puzzle solved
Ooof, the organ puzzle must be extra-hard on you, then. I’m sorry.
Yeah, I imagine that “now do some spelling” isn’t particularly dyslexia-friendly.
That was the one I was stuck on!!!
lol, that didn’t help, neither did misreading the instructions hehe
I’m still stuck on the organ one
Language barrier seems to be my issue. Its like crosswords if crosswords were written by ye ol timey monk
In case you want to get it without asking a companion for help, here you go.
Answers: DEAF, CAGED, DECADE, DEFACED
That’s great, nice discount
Oh no! All the puzzles in the game are skippable, so don’t be afraid to use the “skip puzzle” button if you get really stuck. You’ll miss an achievement, but it won’t hold back your progress in the story at all!
Oooh thanks! I’ll change it in the next update.
Loved the sequel in general!
My favorite aspects:
#1: Our Game 1 choices/relationships truly do feel impactful here!
#2: More dimension/depth is added to our former Game 1 enemies (Amazonian, Maria)
#3: This game’s main antagonists (the religious zealots) feel refreshingly unique compared to the Nazis, while ultimately still upholding the series’ main themes of bigotry/intolerance being the true, ultimate enemy of mankind/world peace.
#4: (Personal commentary from my playthrough) So glad I got filthy rich during Game 1! (Which opened a lot of doors for me in Game 2)
My current gameplay challenges, criticism, and other questions:
#1: What’s the best path to unlocking the “Help Somebody Worthy/Unworthy win the Contest Achievements?” So far, I was given a final choice between backstabbing Maria or splitting the prize with her.
#2: Might a main character of sufficiently high wealth be able to invest in companies/stocks during Game 3?
#3:
The dilemma between choosing to save Esme or Abdul was both shocking and frustrating to deal with.
Even after maxing my gunslinger stat to 10, buying all Game 2 guns, and choosing Sam as my contest assistant/reinforcement, the horde of zealots still overwhelm me (and the dilemma still presents itself).
And I was rather confused why the narrative assumed that I was limiting myself to a revolver when I had a shotgun in my inventory. (A shotgun which is perfect for handling multiple enemies at close range, right?)
Does anybody have a clue on the “Golden route” for protecting both Abdul and Esme, or is the dilemma akin to Virmire from Mass Effect 1? (Where you’re guaranteed to lose a companion no matter your choices)
Thanks very much for the reply, and I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
I’ll answer your questions under the spoiler tag.

I wrote an endings guide to the game on Tumblr, which you may find helpful for getting those different competition endings. You can find it here. In summary, to get the worthy / worthless winner endings, you need to lose the competition to Gainza. If you let him live, he wins (the worthless winner). If you kill him, the victory goes to his assistant, aka his awesome son Ezekiel.

Relics 3 takes place during WW2, so the MC is probably going to be too busy dealing with the world going insane to be worrying about things like investing! However, you will have some choices about what to do with your wealth in the epilogue.

There is no Golden Route. Sorry. It’s a Virmire situation! (The label for that passage in the code is actually ashleykaiden!)
EDIT: My thinking with the revolver in Istanbul is that the attack was quick and sudden, and you’re only going to have the weapons that you have to hand available. The MC carries their revolver around with them everywhere, but probably not their shotgun (if they have one).
Hope that’s helpful!
Regarding shotguns in that scenario:
Shotguns are not the massive AOE weapons you see from video games, and their pellets disperse in a narrower cone than most people think. You’re talking roughly a ~25in shot pattern at about 15 yards, going up to maybe 36-40in at 25 yards. If you aim center mass the vast majority of the pellets will still end up in one person, and if you’re just blasting towards a crowd it’s small enough that you stand a reasonable chance of having the main concentration of the pellets miss entirely unless they’re crammed together like sardines.
Also figure: Abdul and Esme are being threatened by people in melee range, IIRC, and friendly fire isn’t actually friendly. Even assuming your shotgun was the magic room broom from Doom, is that really a situation where you’d want to use it?
Can someone tell me how to solve puzzle with map?
Sure.
If you mean the puzzle in the Paris Catacombs, all you have to do is choose Venice.
If you want to know how to piece together the logic, it goes something like this… The poem says “To Eurus, we followed the weeping Apostle’s sign // To the aqueous city of the second beast Divine.” Looking at the winds on the map will tell you that Eurus is the southeast wind. So go to the ‘use the map to determine the location’ option and choose to apply a filter for direction from Paris, set to southeast. Study the saints on the map, and you’ll notice that Mark is weeping. Set a filter for cities associated with St. Mark. Look at the beasts on the map and you’ll notice that the second in the sequence is the lion, so set a filter for the cities associated with lions. This leaves a much smaller list of cities. Now, of these cities, which is the most ‘aqueous’? Venice, with its canals.
Can you tell me how to solve all puzzle please?
All puzzles have a “skip puzzle” option. If you don’t like puzzles and just want to play through for the story, you should skip them and you can proceed straight on!
I think I might have found a glitch. When I used the option to replay a chapter my stats reset but I was unable to repurchase or sell from the market in the Paris chapter. The same thing happened again in the Transylvania chapter. The options were all grayed out as if I had already done them.
Oh thank you! I’ll take a look later today when I get a moment.
@JBento I got them both but going slowly, just landed to himalayas right now so will be interesting to see how it developes.
I am also working on algorithms and logics and so it’s interesting to play and see development style of other game writers.
