In response to ongoing unrest, conspiracy threads, direct harassment of subdivision interns, and the repeated misuse of the phrase “where chapter”, the DacCo Entertainment Subdivision has authorized deployment of a supplemental Xperience, to keep your neuroProcessers from bursting into flames while DacCo finishes chapter one of “Alas, Eternity” for all PCs.
Introducing: Old Man Ret’s Tales From Beyond the Big Black #1, a newly deployed miniSim for approved recreational intake.
You may be asking:
“Is this canon?”
“Is Old Man Ret qualified to tell this story?”
“Where chapter?”
The answer to all three except the last one is: load the miniSim and find out.
This material has been reviewed by at least one fully qualified subdivision engineer and several less qualified ones, most of whom have been sacked. While questions remain regarding historical accuracy and narrative stablity, internal consensus determined that withholding it from the public would be increasingly more annoying than releasing it.
Accordingly, you are invited to load the miniSim, absorb its warnings, ignore its lessons, and report back with feedback, complaints, theories and accusations.
