Mandatory tags on the forum now?

It seems as though WIPs are required to have at least one tag:

A few minor changes: Groupings are now visible on the tags page. New WIPs now require at least one tag. Muted tags will now no longer show up on the Latest page. (So if you mute the #gender-locked-male tag, or the new #interest-check tag, you won’t even have to see them. [except to the extent that people don’t always tag things, but if you’re a regular (that is, a regular), then I believe you can even fix those instances yourself.])
