ā¦ I donāt know. I really donāt think itās ever happened before. Youād have to have a really long and specific set of rules to state, āYou are not allowed to create a demo of someone elseās game, and post it in their WIP thread in their absence.ā 
I mean, I guess someone could make a demo for the game, and then if @DarkKk ever comes back and tells us to cut it out, we could say weāre really sorry and take the demo down.

Technically it isnāt their game. They didnāt post a description. Only a vague reference. So we could, in fact, make a game and say that their ambiguity inspired us. And then take it from there. Itās not really stealing or plagiarizing but who knows. However, I was referring to trying to post your own demo in someone elseās thread. Iād imagine there are rules against it, and if not then probably the basic rule of staying āon topicā (whatever that means?
) covers it.
p.s. we could, however, set up a demo for their thread until they get back I guess. And when they do, move it to its own thread.

A game inspired by a game idea inspired by a picture of another game. Some Inception-level stuff there. Even if you have to open another thread for the demo, you should still at least post in here to announce it.

My only question. Do yāall want a dungeon crawling game? If you want it Iāll see what I can do. I have some ideas and have been thinking about making a game for years since I found out about this site in 2013 or so? It may have been 2012 but I donāt think so(so maybe). I only made an account after a few years once I found out what the forums were all about.
p.s. anyone notice the second question? Iām such a hypocrite.
p.p.s. I donāt think Iād do anything that open. Seriously, already pushing it as is by posting this stuff in this thread.

Dungeon crawling with a plot, more like dungeon-survival-mystery would be amazing. Iām not into things like āGreat Tournamentā, open world and choice games donāt work together IMO. Like, classic amnesia-opening, or little pre-story for char, few plot hooks and basic info about surroundings, and then we have few ways to go, choices along the way, and linear-ish path.
This was the last we ever heard from our dear friend, DarkKk.
