Which do you guys think is the best faction to support?
Got this bug, 3chapter6 line 1713: the achievement name end_world was not declared as an *achievement in startup
Is the outcome of the fight with Julian scripted?
Should be resolved now, thanks!
No
One thing Iâve noticed is that thereâs fewer opportunities for us to increase our stats. For example, when I pick to use my elemental skills it doesnât add points to my elemental magic stat. I think you need to add more opportunities for players to increase their stats because the stat checks in book 3 are incredibly high. In book 1 I remember that almost every choice in battle gave you stat points but itâs pretty scarce in this book.
Finally! Book 3 is allowing us to do a âi just cant do thisâ route. I wanted this ever since book 1. Now we can play a MC who is just a normal human on the verge of a mental breakdown and killing everything with compulsion.
On the one hand, snow good, beach bad. On the other hand, Thalia. Why am I being tested in this manner?
Related to that, the Monroe twins are present for the beach trip despite being listed on the ski roster. Likewise, Sera and Katia were absent despite being on the beach list. I assume those got mixed around someone in there.
Anyway, while Iâm always glad for more Keeper, it seems like weâre moving through things really quickly. Like the weekend getaway, Morenoâs accusations and the political fallout, and Julian all seem like they could each be a chapter unto themselves, but they come out feeling really condensed.
The second game also suffers from a similar stat issue, you can raise it outside of combat but there are a couple scenes like the battle on nymph Isle and the final one at the end of the game that donât increase them
Man, that ending was something else.
Things are about to get well⌠interesting.
Do I foresee us going nuclear in our emotions and venting hard towards our friends and possible granny? (Crosses fingers)
All in all, good chapter 6 but the vacation felt lacking in spending time with the possible romance. Like I kinda wanted to have some time alone with Thalia and just talk about things, and maybe a smidge of lewdness of sorts. Maybe expand that with the romances possibly.
Personally I think the humans. Nymphs are a mess and a half, not to mention the cambions. Neph maybe a close second.
They feed us!
Quick question is our parent supposed to die if we choose a choice that we donât have enough points even in story mode or do we just have to make a specific choice?
Thanks for the feedback and bug reports, everyone!
Yes, story mode only protects MC for now
The current plan for story mode is to just keep MC alive until the end of the game, but I might reconsider making some stat checks easier in story mode as well.
For now so are you planning to make it more like a cheat mode to get the outcome we want or will it stay the same?
Or will it be more like adding more points to skills?
It think she intends for us to be able to save them in either mode depending on the stats accumulated across the games. Which will likely be on the high end (50-70+)
To expand on my thoughts a bit from earlier, I feel like there is a bit of lacking of interaction with our romance/closest friend in Chapter 6 other than the brief âYou spend time with Xâ and the getaway, which lacks a lot in my honest assessment. We donât have a real heart-to-heart about what happened on our mission, not to mention if we choose to run away.
I think that having our romance confront us after the briefing would be an ideal to have that a talk and worry about us. And if we decided to run, I can see them being like âWe need to talk, nowâ and discuss and ask why we left the way we did. And sure our reasoning will likely piss them off or upset them but I can see them sympathizing with how much we have endured. Following that with the successful/failure of a mission conversation, I feel like our romance could suggest doing something to just take our mind off of things and we could do just that.
And depending on the person, the experience could vary. Like for example Thalia: With her I could absolutely see her offering a fun time involving hinted lewdness, that is passionate, touching, and LOUD. And as the scene âstartsâ to end, with clothes being put back on, and pulling in to kiss that loveable Murder Siren, both walk out of the MCs room, only to the suite crew and friends in the main area, trying their damndest to keep a straight face. Leon and Astrid watching a cooking show together, Kol chatting up Yakov, Sera and Kat âstudingâ while totally blushing, Gis and Cressy though⌠grinning like Cheshire Cats. To have a awkward yet comical moment amongst your closest of friends I feel like would certainly help our MCs mental health just a bit.
