A fair point,I may be quite biased because my mc is a chaotic rebel who would partake in most things as long as the pay is good and it’s not a sure death sentence e.g I have to find that experimental potion part,I never seen that one.
I can agree to that a little, but I still see Lysander as the lesser of the two evil in this case. And again, this maybe because I am biased toward Lysander because he’s the first predetermined supernatural parent I seen and the only one alive (before I know Julian) and I can’t seems to play a hating MC for long, except if it’s against the higher up of Magi who after dragging the mc into this, still want a piece of them. So if pretending to be complacent can get him some benefits,he will tolerate Lysander and maybe accept him openly at some point, though that still need to be seen.
And about funding,I agree that the mc don’t need to ask or begging him,as our suitemates seems to be more than willing to cover for us,especially Astrid or Leon, and my MC didn’t get shortage of money because his overly protective girlfriend (Astrid,cough-cough) would pay most things for him,sad we haven’t get the chance for more shopping.
It’s Altair’s sub-plot and most of it used to be in the public beta, either you didn’t do Altair’s path or you missed the public beta as it seems the new demo doesn’t go that far in.
Only for necessities and maybe saving the world funds, not for nice stuff for the mc, which the mc cannot have anyway.
Are usually go with the two living parents, so technically, your aunt and uncle. Though, my MC still got some as parents, if nothing else, because your aunt gets the Basha werewolf over the head with a flashlight for you, and if that isn’t mother of the year? I don’t know what is.
So can we all agree that Ariana and Michael are the most functional pair of parent out of the bunch? Especially Michael, he is literally unrelated to MC before the incident and then decides to marry Ariana so that MC can have a ‘normal’ family. He wasn’t even in love with Ariana yet at that time.
Michael is indeed the best father in the game. Lucas is pretty good too, but to be honest I always got the vibe that if Roxana was still alive he’d pick her over MC any day. I guess we kind of see that too, in that flashback scene where she yells at a baby MC for crying and I don’t think he does anything about it (though that might have been because that’s where the flashback cut off, I don’t remember exactly). Lysander is just absent for like 90% of MC’s life so he doesn’t even count as a real father imo.
Well to be fair he is kinda powerless in that situation, whatever he can do will only worsen things( I can already picture Roxana replacing him if he pisses her of and get away with a slap to the wrist…).
Also Julian is hands down the worst dad.
Also, that was years ago. It’s possible (maybe even likely) that after years of forming a bond with his child (provided you choose to have a good relationship with him), he would in the present day stand up for them against Roxana.
Pretty sure it’s not going to actually kill him or anything. There may be consequences for it down the road, but as far as I know, it doesn’t really do anything right now.
Iirc if you don’t do it right for whatever reasons, it will have a bit of an impact (subtle change in narrative which indicate setbacks in treatment), nothing major or plot changing…yet.
This is the most awesome news I could have hoped for! Congratulations on the release! I really wasn’t sure when to expect the release, I’ve been keeping away from the demo to keep myself fresh for the full game and this is great news. Only one cloudy spot in my mind though, the release date might not be a prank but it’s certainly played a cruel trick on my free time next month. Kingdom Hearts comes to PC the day before Keeper releases so I’ll have to split my time between binging that nostalgia rollercoaster and the epicness of this sequel. April cannot come fast enough! Congratulations again, and thanks for making my day!
