Issues with the Purchase button

I constantly have troubles with the Purchase button in all of your Omnibus apps (Choice of Games, Hosted Games, & Heart’s Choice). The button just doesn’t work. I’ve tried closing the apps and clearing cache, but still hitting the button does nothing. All the apps are updated, and I’m using them on my Android Note20 Ultra which is also fully updated. This has happened on previous phones as well though. Sometimes if I go back in a few days later, the button will suddenly start working; but it’s still frustrating when it happens. Any one else have this, or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated.

I would also like to add that, because it was doing it in the new story you added to Heart’s Choice, I decided to do Try Now and play through till it told me I had to buy it, just to see if I could purchase it that way; but that link in the story didn’t work either. I think I’ve only ever noticed it happen with new stories, so I’m assuming that may have something to do with it.

I’ve noticed it doing that when the game has launched, but everything hasn’t caught up on the PlayStore’s billing side. I’m not entirely certain it’s a CoG issue.

That’s happened to me too. It’s always resolved after a few minutes. I agree that it just indicates the process that makes the game available isn’t quite complete.

We may have to cool our enthusiasm for new games for five minutes or so. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
