No, I don’t think that’s true. There’s absolutely nothing indicating Seven’s secret has to do with the tattoo. It’s p. clear that Blake focuses on the tattoo in relation to the secret because it’s a symbol of intimacy and they’re reflecting on the irony that Seven has MC’s initials tattooed on them, yet is keeping MC in the dark re: their bombshell secret.

No need for apologies! I just meant to point out that everyone has a different way of dealing with things, and that being meek, mild, and sweet as sugar isn’t something that works for everyone, especially when trying to find a way to deal with mistreatment.
Agreed. As I said, some people may be able to just smile when they are insulted and abused, and if it works for them, that’s fine. But other people can’t handle it that way and, when learning to hit back, it’s a learning process to know how hard to hit.
That’s not the vibe I got at all, but you could be right. Regardless, I think 7 will remove the tattoo. It’s a gut feeling, so it could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’ll happen.
I actually find it sweet. And it adds some much needed depth to Blake’s character, showing that they aren’t just a heartless dick.

Blake reacts the same whether MC still has the tattoo or not, so I read it as Blake being in shock (horror) of just how close and idealistic Seven and MC had to be to decide to do it in the first place.
I don’t want to discuss paid content too much, but some of the things she was saying had me 
maybe she was just making some overprotective jokey jokes, but hmmm…
I should have been clearer: I think it’s their mom who’s a little off, not Blake.
I agree that them being a secret softie for their mom/family is totally in line with what we’ve seen of their character, lmao.

Oh interesting. How so? I thought its kinda cute, with them saying their mom is basically their best friend etc. Though an aspect of it does make me wonder…

Oh, it is super cute and would usually be a green flag, but without going into specifics, some of the things their mom said had me raising my eyebrows a little bit. But maybe I’m just traumatized by MC’s awful mom and dad and am seeing terrible parental figures where there are none 
Oh my God, I know, right? It’s funny that you can play the most shy, anxiety-ridden MC in the world, but they still somehow have unmatched aura. MC’s a showstopper fr.
We don’t talk enough about how evil it was for MC’s dad to call them just to tell them how much MC was embarrassing him I would have started crying on the spot.

They do still have it, though they usually hide it. Except when the show doesn’t let them.
But I don’t think they’ll get it removed at this point. The tattoo represents their connection to the MC. Narratively, it doesn’t make sense for Seven to close the door to that part of their life when the game is partially about whether or not they can reconnect with each other

But a big part of 7 and MC getting back together involves changing how they were in the past.
Did you read the 7 VD special? The “new” relationship between 7 and MC is all about not repeating what happened in the past, and having a clean slate to start from. As long as those initials are on 7’s wrist, there won’t be a clean start, because it’s a sign of 7 being too attached. In the VD special, 7 was doing everything they could to not be attached.

You can learn from the past, but you can’t erase it. So I think erasing an actual symbol of their past relationship would be the wrong move.
Also, I just like it. I think it’s sweet that they got them, and that Seven decided to keep it. My MC still has her’s too, and I’d be pretty disappointed if he got rid of his all of the sudden

It would be a good move for Seven to erase it 
from the ‘most amount of tears squeezed from Sevenmancers’ POV. And it’ll give MCs who aren’t romancing Seven another clear sign they should move on.

If I’m being honest, the only reason I have a tumblr account is that Amy posts stuff from time to time there.
I think it’s sweet, too. My 7-mancer kept hers (my G-mancer kept hers as well, but my O-mancer had it lasered off, lol).
I do hope I’m wrong, but my gut tells me 7 will have it removed. Anything that will give 7-mancers more angst is very likely to happen.
I actually like them. This is my preferred way to get NPC POVs, rather than having the game filled with them. I like that it gives a glimpse into where things will be going, even if I don’t really like where it’s going (7’s VD special, for example, with all the distancing, as well as the third-wheel feel of the G/V special). I’d rather know. But that’s me being a spoiler whore.

To be fair, I’ve read all of the POVs and I don’t think anyone is doomed. The romances nor the MC. I think the valentines specials were more so cheeky hints at different places and dynamics routes could go, but it’s an interactive game and I think things will depend greatly on your choices just like every other IF. Using a popular game as an example, you can have several paths that seem to be “doomed” (and even then, they’re most likely probably not) with Ortega in Fallen Hero and then you can have paths that feel far more hopeful. For example, choosing to stay away from G or not seems like it will be an important branch for the romance - not that I think one is more “doomed” than the other but it might lead to very different scenes for the meantime.
So yeah I wouldn’t take the POVs as a sign of anything wicked and highly recommend them if you’re interested.

Played for the first time, and wow. Know the author isn’t on here but y’all seem fun, lol. Such a good story!
Having read the tumblr and some commentary on here little worried for my MC as she is a kind people pleaser. She is trying to be better (drink and party less, be the leader O thinks she can be) but it is for other people (O and the band). And it is kinda grinding her down (although that final scene with Seven might help her keep going for a bit).
Very interesting thoughts from the band from everyone. I did notice though that in the last party, the band seems to decline to drink anything and seemed disappointed when my MC had some later so maybe they are slowly being dragged up?
