Yes she was (orion pov), but bc of the divorce left the company. Orion parents loved her, and for whatever reason (can’t figure out what that may be) he blames himself for the break up.

Thanks for clarifying. I think he blames himself because he sees it as a personal failure, and perhaps his dedication to his work and being such a workaholic may have contributed to the deterioration of the relationship.

You’re oversimplifying my man - Seven’s brand of vulnerable narcissistic traits exists in many packages, including manly, and there are some differences between gender variations in this IF anyway. (Besides men can be feminine).
You could argue this behaviour is much more confusing for unromanced Seven but I don’t think Seven was written to be someone without some kind of personality disorder (coded).

Seven came off to me as a classic BL twink. I would not be surprised to find him on Webtoons, so I followed suit and made my guy about as equally fucked up with a heavy spoon of Eminem-flavoured mental breakdown.

I’d say 10 year older guy in managerial role is enough of fucked up dynamics for people who are into this sort of thing, enough to offset any normality he might otherwise posses. Especially when MC comes with heavy baggage of parent issues.

idk I spent my teen years listening to teen musicians, including metal bands fronted by like 18 year old singers that are still active and doing pretty well, it’s not that weird to me.
G reads as approx. the MC’s age too, if they were older and had been in the game for longer I think a lot of issues would be deeper seated than they are currently (for ex. they’ve only recently become more dependant on alcohol, vs alcoholism being a long established vice).

MC is like 25-26 if am not mistaken, same as their friends. Orion has close to half of their age over them (40% if one wants to split hairs) and for a young adult that makes a shitload of difference, maturity and experience-wise.
Hmm i was going by August being 26, but Seven is said to be 27 on that Tumblr page so you’re right, MC is likely of that age too, with them being classmates. That’s still a solid gap between them and Orion in my eyes, though, especially when MC is hardly what one would consider fully grown up and independent (they can potentially still live with their parents, can’t in relationships, etc)

I think Mc was referenced in tumblr posts to be either 26 or 27, you just headcannon which one it is. Some people HC foreign (or not) Mc’s to skip a grade and that’s why they’re younger than Seven, though it’s normal for a grade to have a range of two different ages cause of cut-offs, birth dates and what not. Mc the youngest being the most mature out of most of the cast lol

The MC is “almost 30” the same way Orion is “almost 40”. That is, if you squint and bend the reality a lot.
