Please help me, I want to retrieve my saved game in Hero Rise Prodigy so I can continue my game in Hero Rise The Hero Project.
@queeniealmonte Send an email to the choice of games support email address. They might be able to better help you there. Include the email address you used to save the games.
I keep on sending emails but they won’t reply.
Support can take a while. As for help on the forums, you need to be more descriptive of your problem. There’s no way anyone can guess what is happening from ‘it doesn’t work’. The way to tackle the system reporting you don’t any saves is different from the way to tackle the system reporting that email doesn’t exist, which is different from the way to tackle your computer having burst into flames and now your house is burned down. :-p
As for some general tips:
- Make sure you’re using the same email address as when you saved the game.
- Make sure you’re using the same capitalization.
- Try running through a test game real quick and saving it, then moving on to see if that shows up. (as if that doesn’t there might be a connection error at some point).
