It’s a known issue, yes. The problem is that we can’t reproduce it in our own testing (as in, it doesn’t happen and everything works fine when we test the apps on our devices), which makes it a lot harder to figure out what’s causing it and fix it. In general, it’s best to report issues like this to support@choiceofgames.com instead of on the forum, because it’s easier for us to keep track and to help you with your specific situation there. I did put up a thread about this issue on the forum before, iOS Progress Resetting, which has examples of some of the information we might find useful when you write in.
