Aw. I thought she was being nastily sarcastic and echoing his phrasing. I liked that. The contempt it indicated fits well with the rest of what we see of her.

You know, now that’s you’ve pointed it out, I do see it. 
Maybe I’ll leave it the way it is. I’ll have to think on it some more.

Monthly Update: July 2025
Hi everyone! Happy July! I have been very hard at work this past month, and I am very happy to report that I’ve been extremely productive this month! The chapter is now over 100k words, which is both frustrating and exciting.
I will be spending the first part of the month finishing the last few scenes of the chapter, and I’m confident I will finish chapter 4 part 1 this month. As soon as I have a release date, I will later you all know, but it will be soon. At the very least Patrons will have it this month, the public release may not be until August.
As always I’ll be around to answer any questions you may have on either Tumblr or the Forum. Have a great month!
