Is there a way to unlock previously purchased games in the Omnibus app via googles ‘play profile’?
Or do they all have to be unlocked via receipts/steam purchases?

Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure if you bought a game on google play, you can sign in with your Choice of Games/Hosted Games account on that individual game, then sign in on the omnibus and sync all the games assigned to that account. At least I think that’s the process.
