Wraith is sexy bad lady but still has nothing on my Prodigal… Sorry Chicken.
I present to you; Wraith! The bane of my fingers…
At least the way I imagine her
She gave me a lot of headaches and cramps in my fingers, but I am finally done…
And yay, I am satisfied with the outcome ~
Magnicent work, you did a great job!
aww
you are making me doubt now my hate for vine ( i guess i have a soft heart in the end and cant hate girls xD)
Hey @Nekumura? You think you’re up to the challenge to draw Phoenix with your impressive skills?
@Nekumura
My character wants to make wraith submit.
She wants to make him into a pawn?
Well he’s gonna return in kind.
And afterwards maybe date her?
Also he wants to aggravate crow by constantly dropping hints that he knows more about the first blackbird than them lets on while constantly guilt tripping them about it and mentioning our death and how we died in detail along with our past.
Lets make them freak out a bit.
That’s a really great drawing.
Though on the subject of the MCs feeling about Wraith, as always my MCs do not see eye to eye.
Condor
- He’s terrified of Wraith, and her ability to bend others minds to her will.
- To him, Wraith represents his old life, being a sidekick/underling/pawn to the Crow.
Vulture
- Her feelings towards Wraith are a bit conflicting, while she’s thankful that she’s alive again, she hates all the emotional confusion it has caused her.
- Vulture sees Wraith as a scapegoat to blame all her problems on; Her over-eagerness to kill, her loneliness, her dislike for Troy because he’s simply using the name Blackbird, any dark thoughts she has for how the Crow abandoned her. They’re all Wraith’s fault in her eyes.
- She wants to hurt Wraith somehow, either physically, economically, or reputation wise as a thank you for bring her back to life, and as a statement that it shouldn’t have happened.
i see wraith a bit possesive and it will be interesting if the control freak aptitude is because someone betrayed or hurt him/her in the past, i think @Nekumura can make a nice background history for this character ,
¿what if wraith did revive the mc after seeing the “betrayall” of crow? or pick him for the Project for that reason.
maybe even make crow the cause of it, like crow unintentionally killed someone dear to wraith in the past xD
@Nekumura I thought Wraith was slightly tanned?
Me Too, and more… Shrouded???
A good portion of sleep is everything I needed… and now I am fully loaded for the day ^^
Anyway, back to you guys ~
Thanks to everyone ^^ I am glad you like her.
Well, I don’t know. I would need to squeeze her into my shedule and it is already packed like crazy ^^°
Besides, the other Characters (Glamour, Crow, Troy etc.) would need to be made first and I have no idea how long it would take.
Perhaps when I am done with everything, but no promises.
Actually yeah…
Seems like my main monitor has one of those days where it darkens everything for me. (I have 2 monitors, and for some reason the other is sometimes darker or brighter, which annoys me the hell out XD)
Anyway, Saw it on my tablet yesterday after I posted it and I knew; That there is no tan…
So, I am going to fix that in a moment ^^
Well, not really. Like I said, this is just my concept of how I imagine her, and I don’t think I said that she was shrouded in shadows or anything else. Or did I? Na, don’t think so…
Goes to re-read the section of the chapter
Not a problem. It’s merely an optional request so take all the time needed to do the others
I’m going to like this game when the hero path comes out.
I have some questions for the future paths were you reveal yourself to Nathaniel immediately. Can we just let him know that we are alieve and have a (parently) relationship, but not tell him about our powers or secret identity? When people see MC and Nathaniel together, how is he going to explain us to others? Is he going to say we are his daughter who he never mentioned for 4 years. That would be a little suspicious.
If the records show our name, is it our unadopted name? I changed my last name to Carson once I was adopted, but I don’t know what was on the sheet. Does the game track the last name so if it’s the same as Nathaniel something important will happen in the future?
The records also had our super hero name, and real name, but not our birthday. Is it going to be revealed later in the story how Wraith found out our real name? Is that going to link is back to Nathieniel since he adopted is and mean she knows Crow’s secret identity? I doubt that’s the case, but I’d still like the chance to warn Nathaniel about this once I jump through the window and tell him I’m a zombie.
I was able to be replaced by a man blackbird even though I was I female blackbird and no one noticed ( except for Stray). I guess I was just a late bloomer, but does this mean Hero won’t believe us if we say we were the old blackbird, because he dosen’t know our real identity, has never seen is without our mask, and we’ve grown up, unless Crow vouched for us?
Would Troy recognize that we are the MC since he must have seen a picture of is without our mask from Nathaniel if they are supposedly looking for MC?
Can I say that Ace only knows me because I friends with the butler (Lucian?)?
Why is the option locked out to throw the knife at Troy if you choose not to kill the thugs? My MC dosen’t want to attack everyone, but she doesn’t like Troy because Troy stole her life. Other MC’s might hate Crow, Nero, and Glamor because they were involved in her death, but be nice to others like vine. I plan on being nice to Troy when I’m out of costume, but act in my true feelings when I’m in costum because Nathaniel won’t be able to blame MC for attacking the new blackbird and stop being her mentor.
How are you going to handle favor for the characters and super MC vs civilian MC? Troy hates super MC, but civilian MC is nice to him. Nathaniel will love civilian MC as his daughter, but probably wouldn’t like super evil or antihero MC. This won’t be too relevant until you work on the path were you show Nathaniel your still alive after you escape the factory, but you should probably think about How to implement this before it’s too complex.
I always pictured Wraith as scary and looking like an older version of the girl from The Ring horror movie. My MC fears her and thinks she is always watching her because Wraith told my MC “see you.” My MC also likes Nero. She might accidently burn down Nathaniel’s house of he got rid of the Nero poster in her room.
Kidnapping, Troy, I just had an entire villain scenario play out in my head.
Step 1: Kidnap Troy.
Step 2: Leave a piece of Troy for Crow to find attached to a letter, “expecting” a ransom.
Step 3: Make sure meeting house is doused in gas, poison Troy.
Step 4: Hire thugs to break Troy and ambush Crow to disguise my real trap.
Step 5: Crow finds a letter on Troy’s unconscious body “There’s a bomb In Troy. Love (insert someone elses name whi Crow trust) a.k.a Blackbird”
Step 6: And the thugs… and civillian hostages in the basement.
Step 7: while all this is going on ransack and burn down Crow’s home just in case.
Step 8: reveal Crow’s identify to the world.
Step 9:???
Step 10: Profit
Antihero version: Same thing except without Troy or lethal consequences and just sneak in the house to steal anything useful instead. Oh and leave clues about Blackbird and the resurrected being one and the same at his house.
I like the wraith drawing.
I thought Wrait should like like that phantasm character from the old Batman cartoon. And I hate how if ubdrop a hint at Ur identit y it leads to confrontation
@Nekumura , I just meant that more shrouded by her cape [(is that the right word? ) which is that most of the time she is covered with her cape
I have no idea what I am writing
], and the Cape could have been done better, especially the part near her boots (those shadows)
Playing through again I actually realized something about Crow. They hate us just when we’re an anti-hero that will occasionally kill someone, so I’m wondering how they’ll react to a villain that actively wishes them harm and believes murder is the best solution to every problem. I’m very curious as to how different Kalathor and other Heroes and Villains react to the different archetypes we can choose.
@Nekumura
Would it be possible to name drop Crow or Blackbird’s secret identities when Crow confronts us on the rooftop after the Cathedral if we worked against their interest? I’d imagine that fight would get a LOT more personal if Crow realizes that, someone who they think is scum, knows where they live and where to hurt them during the daylight.
Apart from the start I never killed anyone, I still get the same reaction - and my character almost thinking ‘I kill if I want to’, now that I think about it.
Perhaps a way to state somewhere that you never kill again after that first incident, even as an anti-hero (looking at my anti-hero role-model Catwoman here)? I don’t care if the Crow, aka Cawcaw now, doesn’t like the rest of it - that, say, I help myself to stuff so I can build and maintain my Secret Lair™ - and yet cannot refuse helping someone who needs it (curse you, golden hear, even if you are resurrected). ![]()
Your talent is shown very well with your Wraith. You have a talent I wish I had for myself. Well done and thank you for sharing your vision.
Hi !
So first of all i really love your work @Nekumura, the last time i was captivated by a COG was with Samurai Of Hyuga, your work is really amazing (I like the reference to Red Hood and Batman), i’m really looking foward the release of your game
By the way i have a question. Is there a way to confront directly Nath after your ressurection or it is under construction and i have to stay at my window for the moment ?
Oh and is there a way to change guns in the future if you use them ? Because Glock are just not my type XD
Good luck with your work
