Except we shouldn’t keep threads alive just for the sake of it. The last post by Smod, the author, was in December, if the thread has to die then so be it. Whenever they return they can ask the mods to re-open it. Just don’t spam nonsense as a way of bumping, go off-topic or necro… think of the people who follow these threads waiting for relevant news. Besides, it’s kind of rude to call out the authors about progress, it may come across as pressuring… they could be taking a temporary break or not working on it at all.

LONG TIME NO UPDATE FRIENDS (sorry, i keep forgetting to pop in here)
I won’t get into my personal life because who wants to read about that but good news is the coming update is going to be HUGE, the bad news is that it’ll probably delete all your saves. There’s a lot i’m updating with the game, including testing out new features (which I figured I should try out before the demo gets too long and I don’t want to torture you all by making you play the same thing over and over again)
The side-story I mentioned became a little too big to get done by Christmas, so I made it Valentine’s themed…and then still didn’t get it done. It’ll be out very soon, I’m hoping before April. It’ll be a little outdated but I need to take a pause from writing the main story just so I can plan it out, so while I’m on break from that I’ll be finishing this (it’s nearly done, I promise!). made a post about the change here ( https://foxofsunholt.tumblr.com/post/172094597192/update-im-scraping-the-side-story-i-was-doing )

Thank you all for sticking with me, and I see a lot of wonderful fanart that I’ll have you know warms my heart more than anything. I expected this thread to be dead when I came back so you have no idea how happy I am. I’m sorry for being so slow, but moving forward I’m doing everything in my power to get back to my regular updates.

On the main story? I’m nearly done chapter 2, which is pretty long I’ll say, I can’t give a word count now because I wrote everything in different places but as soon as I count everything up I’ll let you know!

Think the drawings actually portray their personalities fairly well, but…Zig is a bit of a goof ball, a bundle of energy and little bit of a trouble maker. Lex is far more reserved and empathetic. She’s also a bit sensitive.
