Out of curiosity,i know the white lady and latino man are lady argent and ortega but who the others?my mind a little bit foggy about them

Omigosh the museum scene was freaking awesome! There were choices for hesitance and âAm I really doing the right thing?â parts which I wasnât really expecting. Tbh, I was expecting the author to railroad feelings into our MC but nooo. The feeling of being a badass villain (who has a heart inside) was freaking awesome.
Argent is looking to be a very 3D character as well, alongside Ortega and Mortun. She doesnât seem to be the shining star everyone thinks she is⌠hm. The darkside to my MC is whispering âmaybe we can turn herâ.
So excited to read what the newspapers will say now. Mwahaha.

Seems like Iâm late to the party glances at 1k+ comments but wow, this has got to be one of the best plots Iâve seen in any COG. Normally I avoid superhero games, but this one has caught me in its traps lmao.
All the characters (except the Doctor, whose personality is comparatively bland) seem to have great potential for character development.
Herald appears to be the âgolden boyâ character - heâs been blessed with good looks and lucked out with his powers, and MCâs complex about him being the new baby on the team and inadvertently taking over their old position is as interesting as it is sad. Still, we donât seem to know (? Correct me if Iâm wrong Iâm new here :â)) much about him beyond his public persona and MCâs clearly clouded perspective. I actually liked him quite a bit.
Lady Argent is one proud ice queen, but she does have the ability (and beauty?) to back her up. Sheâs cold, no-bullshit, indifferent or even repulsed by fame, and seems to be one of the more cynical heroes on the team. Sheâs not afraid to be a lone wolf or be ruthless either; though maybe thatâs justified by her unwillingness to let MC get away with their villainy and make the team lose credibility in the eyes of the public. And the poor missing telepath made the scapegoat by MC (Locus?) seems to be in for it tooâŚ
Marshal Steeleâs(?) character was bland to me, too. Other than his distrust of Sidestep that hints at a suspicious nature - or at least preferrance for heroes who feel strongly committed to the cause that they r willing to reveal their faces - nothing really sticks out for me. Maybe later in the books his character will be explored further?
MCâs puppet - and MCâs telepathic capabilities - is a fascinating concept. Though I do wonder how long MC can realistically avoid suspicion when interacting w Ortega as puppet. MCâs complex about being the third person in their own possible love triangle is delicious, and makes me suspect⌠MC THINKS that puppet is only an empty shell, but the hospitalization part mentions puppet muttering in their sleep? What if puppet has slowly been regaining their own consciousness, until eventually Ortega/Doctor ends up together with puppet while being alienated from MC themself after learning of their villainous acts? 
oh, the delicious possibilities and angst⌠Then our MC will truly be alone against the worldâŚ
Seriously, though, thereâs so much possibility with mind controlling/puppet controlling and basically switching bodies that Iâm excited to see how the plot and gameplay will go. Is it possible that MC might one day completely switch bodies?
Ortega. Ah, Ortega. Iâm weak for the older mentor/heart of gold/height difference/blast from the past angsty dynamics, and Iâm aiming for a regretful but ultimately unrepentant super villain route anyways, so I shamelessly racked up points w Ortega w both MC and puppet lol. So far, Ortega seems like the true route? There is their shared history and past flirting, and future events are sure to pit them against each other time and again.
Finally, everyoneâs favorite Fallen Hero TM, our MC :â) I was impressed by the number of options for customization - from gender to race to eye and hair color and even length and style lol. Gameplay awards a fair bit of freedom in MCâs choices, stats and manipulation interaction w characters. Iâm not sure which r the confirmed ROs other than Doctor and Ortega, but Iâm interested to see how the romance paths will go? MCâs backstory thatâs constantly teased is interesting too.
All in all, this is an amazing demo, and Iâm so glad there was a recent update. Good luck, Iâll be waiting for the next update!

I wondered abt this too! Would MCâs DNA be smth sheâd be able to look up, though? I wonder whether itâd be in a database or smth similar. They didnât find a body when MCâs supposed death occurred, so I wondered if theyâd ever had an opportunity to take DNA from MC.
Though, since Mortum repairs the suit for us, theyâd likely have MCâs DNA too, if they ever think to collect it for whatever reason.

I am a very forgetful person so I canât remember if you choose terrifying armor with a cape does the cape look ripped up and tattered because the seem more monstrous the a fresh cape which would make sense with the imposing armor

AHHHH! Iâm so glad i checked back into this thread after months away - this new update is absolutely incredible. Iâve been following this game since its inception (more than a year ago wow) and I am so so excited about all the work youâve done so far and everything to come. Iâve already spent so many hours trying to see all the possible permutations.

I actually envision Herald with more of a baby face. Like someone whoâs either supposed to be in college or who just recently graduated. Argent is the embodiment of perfection though, I canât even tell what her race is supposed to be. Steel looks just like his description of a no-nonsense, military Chinese-American. And Ortega? swoon

Thanks. Itâs said that Herald is actually handsome but I needed to make hi look attractive in a different way than Ortega or Steel.
I would think the sewer water would contaminate any test and probably a side use of the nannonites on the inside of the suit or the suit has a decontaminate system already installed
