Edit text files in scene folder rather than bat files

I understand the code enough, but I can’t open the code itself.

I don’t understand-

I’ve installed Node, I downloaded the ChoiceScript source, then extracted the zip file. I clicked on ‘run-server.bat’. I pressed ‘run anyway’.

It opened a black window and example game.

Okay, cool.

But I can’t enter any code.

Help.

You’re not editing the bat files, you need to edit the text files in the scene folder.

OH! Like the startup.txt in the ‘web’ folder?

Yes. CS uses those files as the asset and parse the code into playable .html files.
