Dragon Kin (WIP)

How do you find the vampire?

I believe you need to be on the hunter path. I don’t know the specifics though, but it should be after you arrive at the city.

Try roaming the city 1st before doing ether of the two options as well that might help.

Be hunter, go to marketplace in the city and then follow the scent

Dryads are living beings so no. And especially in Greek interpretation they do in fact have flesh, which is why they also often awaken the Pan´s lust. So devouring a Dryad does indeed make you cannibal.

Carnivorous maybe, not cannibal, unless eating the same species.

I’m really loving this game so far but I just wanted to leave an idea. For the blacksmith route at the castle tour maybe make a special scene where they are able to wield their weapons exceptionally well in comparison to the other routes due to their unique experience making them.

A great read. I was initially under the impression it was akin to Choice of the Dragon, but eventually the story opened up and I was pleasantly surprised. The premise holds much promise and I see you’ve worked wonderfully with it. I liked the worldbuilding, and the immersion and pacing were on par, the timeskips didn’t feel at all immersion-breaking.

Would have appreciated a RO relationship status bar or information on them and the greater world lore at large, but I understand you’re still working on the stats page.

A very minor personal qualm - the initial parts of the story stood out and appealed to me more than the later half, perhaps because of the flourishing description of nature you provided and how powerful the MC was portrayed as compared to the NPCs. While in the later half, everyone is a powerful being and that somehow led me to grow less interested (?) as to see how the MC now must be cautious and everyone should be regarded with respect and awe from the mighty powerful Dragon-kin. It seems like an inconsequential egotistical rant, I apologise for that. I understand to make the characters viable you need to make them relevant on the same or higher power level of the MC otherwise the story would soon lose much of its flair.

I also liked how passionate Master Aldrin is, he is one well written character. On the other hand, I find out huntress fighter companion to be lacking in the same department, wherein if you try to ascertain a certain personality to the ROs just to make them seem alive through the story - for ex; Hughes is the oblivious innocent nerd, C is the haughty arrogant prick, ol’ Eve has the nostalgic childhood charm, wherein I just cannot visualize T as a personality of their own. Genuine/easygoing perhaps ?

Lastly, I found it confusing as to how having the pre-chosen height of “Towering” I was still seen as being a ‘child of same age to hang out with Eve’ in the eyes of her parents and the villagers without raising some doubts.

I chose to be overly cautious when choosing our dominant trait, however it remained at that level, already being the same % of cautious based on some earlier choices I made while playing.

Keep up the good work. Ave :beers:

Ahem ahem, I have come to say that: All dragons and dragonkin are evil and should be exterminated. TOTAL DRAGON DEATH!

I hope my dragon will be able to side with the dragon slayers and eradicate all other dragonkin.

That is why you always raise yourself a little hero of your own, so that you can then become the final opponent.

And what this solve? killing own kind? As far as story goes there is little known about what started this extermination, even so is it right to judge grandchild of what their ancestors did?

This is by far the weirdest play I read, turn against MC own kind.

I don’t know, call it six sense but I get the feeling other dragons will be huge jerks, I wouldn’t mind going on some dragon killings.

Considering the anime he cited, I feel like that’s actually the plan

Yep. I agree.

Remember what scholar said, at least if went down non-violent path anyway?

Scholar said there were dragons that could speak and several that were of no danger. Don’t recall exact words. He does go on about the non-violent dragons of the past.

By playing this type, it feeds fuel to his fire. Making people in North question the Dragon Hunters.
