This is not wrong. For physical strength they are close, but Aegis is stronger.
I do have plans for Aegis’ no kill policy, but I only have a general direction I’m heading with it. I know that it will relax to being better about other’s doing it. It isn’t like she doesn’t see the benefits of it; it is more complicated then that; I am not sure if I can address it properly in this story. It may need to wait for a sequel.
This is true. It will be possible to give him a small power boost in this story in his personal route. He will not reach full power in this story though.
In raw strength stat: the MC can match Aegis. In overall stats is harder to say as I haven’t finalized any of the stats yet. At this time the MC at best will be just under Lugh.
Future stories I plan to allow for this MC to become more powerful than either, if that is the type of character you wish to play. I don’t currently plan to force the character to get anymore powerful.
They mimic the MC’s pronouns. There is no special plot reason for this anymore, so don’t over think it.
You can fight Jordan, yes. It is a hidden fight. I have rearranged some chapters so I would need to go into my old files to see which chapter number triggers it. To make the fight happen: In the chapter that the MC is suspended/fired you need to have Val help you. You also need to have a Deduction of 10 and the ability to spend 1 Karma. There will be an option “That was when it hit me.” This will trigger a fight several chapters later.
I would say it was the worst kept secret, but I was not trying to be subtle about this. Still I’m blurring this for anyone that has yet to read the WIP. Yes they are. Once I get my next update finished it might have a bigger impact to readers: I plan to add more face time with Rowen.
If so,I think I found a mistake… in last two demo chapters, especially after Aegis went public it refers O’Riley as he/him but my MC uses she/her…
Also all characters calls my MC Sir instead of Ma’am.
Is that the one where after making them think that MC is dating Val and Jordan tries to intimidate MC in the parking lot and MC can kinda crush their wrist? Or is there another one?
Not exactly the worst, it’s just not that obvious but very plain.

That is the one I’m talking about. If you are looking for more than that brawl, then I’m sorry no. Not to say there wont be chances in future stories.
I have my reasons for such a plain discovery.
Metal was part of the powerset at one time, but I removed it. I was treating it like any other elemental power, but it is not. This is why Telekinesis has a flaw “Only Works on Metal”: metal should have been about controlling it. You’ll also see gravity was part of the powerset too. These are junk code that I haven’t taken the time to remove.
As for night vision, I didn’t notice that I didn’t have it on the power list. I know I have scenes that check if the main character has night vision.
There isn’t a lot of dealing with darkness in those two routes. I know I have things written in the Camouflage route. It doesn’t matter as I am putting all of the powers under review for possible removal with the exception of super stats.
Premades are just that: premade power sets. Custom allows you to pick strengths, flaws, and power origins for each individual ability; allowing the reader to have a more tailored experience.
I’m just mentioning this cause I felt like it but out of the current route available, I like the CEO route the most since it gives me an Tony Stark like feel and I like being in a position of power. It also looks like it’ll be the only route where you’ll be in a position of power.
