I, too, would pay at least a monthly-recurring donation if Ko-fi would let me do that automatically! Or for a membership if that’s what Don wanted to do! I have no idea where the CSG community would be without the site and I shudder to think of the days where everyone had to compile their games into Dropbox for people to play…

I had no idea that people were saying things like this. Totally uncalled for as I’m betting most people using it do not donate to the running of this site and are using it for free. Dashingdon’s has been a lifesaver for me since dropbox decided to stop us running demos there. Really appreciate being allowed to use your site for hosting my WIP’s over the years @dashingdon!
Thank you everyone for your kind donations. I’ve moved the site to a different service (all accounts and games have been copied over) with an even better server than the previous upgrade. There is enough funds to run the site for several months so for now I will not create any sort of monthly membership. When the donations are nearly depleted I will reconsider it.
Until the DNS propagates and the SSL resolves completely (i.e. all the interwebs comes to an agreement on the new home of dashingdon.com), there will still be some connection/loading issues. Everything should be good within the next 4 hours or so.

Maybe stick a topic titled “Dashingdon announcements” in the forum. So that if the site slow or goes down people can get notified and a lot of unnecessary drama be avoided.
Just saw this (have been a bit absent from the forums recently, sorry… ). I was shocked to find this post while casually browsing. Anyway, obviously bought a (japanese price) coffee. I am very bad at remembering to do something like this on a constant basis, but will try to make a note to myself about it!
I mean, I still remember the times when we were all using other systems to playtest games, which did not have all the cool features of @dashingdon 's page. It’s a great service, and I am so happy that he provides it to the community!
