Daria: A Kingdom Simulator (Released Apr 4, 2024)

I have a cheat menu for development testing, but no, the finished game won’t have one. You won’t really need one, since time and patience can build you up to the power level you need anyway.

Also, with the introduction of Endless Mode, it makes cheat menus even more unneeded.

Why cheat when these games can be replaced to infinity anyways. Lol I feel like I cheat every time I replay The Lost Heir cause I know exactly what I’m doing and what’s going to happen and ma just trying to get a single secret or thing I missed the other 20 times.

Can you guys remind me what is laslonia? I remember it but I can’t remember from where, also will this be a game like the war for the west or in what ways will it be different?

Laslonia is a nation mentioned in Life of a Wizard. Daria: A Kingdom Simulator is where that history will unfold. Back to the beginning.

I’ve never played War of the West, so yes, it will be very different. It’s also safe to say that it will be different because this one is unlike the other games. Not a novel, more of a game.

It was also mentioned once in Lost Heir 2 when the MC explains how leadership changed there with enough geography.

WIll your game focus on mechanics from Warcraft or Civilization?

Neither, really. It’s a resource management game with a story.

Finally, my two favourite genres into one

Impatiently waiting for this, good luck Lucid!

Oh wow I thought this was a abandoned WIP for some reason. Cool to see it is still being worked on, loved your last game Lucid!

I’m looking forward to getting back to this one. I returned to it a few months ago, remembered how everything worked, fixed a bunch of errors, cleaned some things up, and advanced things just a bit… and then got tied up with Life of a Star Force Captain.

Now that Star Force Captain is complete, I plan to make this one my next release. As you’ve probably noticed from all of my thread-necromancy, I’ve been fixing all of my bugs from all of my games as I update my in-game menu system.

But yes, once I’m done getting my games updated, this will be where all of my time will go.

Although, truth to tell, I have another project that’s starting to take shape too. I’ve set aside and returned to many previous games though, including Lost Heir 1, Star Force Captain, and Life of a Mobster. So yes, my WIP games often do get finished… eventually.

But, that said, I really do plan to make Daria: A Kingdom Simulator my 9th release.

Do you plan to make DLCs here and other games like your Legacy Advantage DLC in LH Trilogy? I have a possible DLC idea in Life of a Space Force Captain involving the Paradox Ending

As much fun as that would be, no, I don’t plan to make any DLCs.

Can’t wait honestly this is exactly what I’m looking for

I personally feel that Legacy Advantage was kinda MOAR STATS on a game that’s already pretty easily winnable, without adding much story. So I support less DLC and more new games.

I had an idea for a DLC in Life of a Space Force Captain. Make the Paradox Ending it’s own story and and a expansion for the Main Story

Wow! I can’t even fathom the amount of complex codes in this. Good luck! The Lost Heir Triology is what got me into CoGs and HGs.

This sounds like it’s going to be an awesome game, but then again, all your games are awesome. My best resource management game thus far, is BC4000 on iOS. I can’t wait to try this one out.

Is this project on a hiatus or dropped?
