The thing that makes it hard is the amount of sub-races the race of kindred has, it would be really impractical to code that… but idk, if there’s a big demand for that I might see what I can do.
I’ll change that don’t worry, I made a poll on tumblr and the majority chose the option to be given a choice between Dandelion’s being one of the kindred and human. That choice will be implemented in the next update!
Dandelion doesn’t exactly hate the MC for just being a mage, and what are you referring to is only possible in the human prologue, the other versions doesn’t give you chance at meeting Dandelion until much later, so they only know that your awakening was tragic and a lot of innocent people died because of you.
Jules treated the MC very differently in front of Dandelion, much, much less harsh. For them nothing that their father did warranted MC’s actions, but they will try to understand.
Yes, chapter 1 is the when you’ll get recruited as the Emperor/Empress royal mage, and you will get to choose your feelings about that, but being the royal mage is pretty much the only thing left available for someone like the MC.

You can make a poll and se how many people vote for kindred and how may against is and if there are many sub species you can only put one or two it’s not necessary to put them all

How old is the MC? Are they late teens, early 20’s, or something else?
I really like Dandy, but his animal characteristics are off putting from the perspective of them being a RO. If it was me, I’d have him look more human, with just his eyes being more animalistic. The fur and ears are a bit much for me.
There are some grammatical mistakes through out. I’d recommend using grammarly or some other software to figure those out. They aren’t huge, just slightly wrong. Like “how did you conjured” instead of “how did you conjure”
And maybe it’s just me, but it seems a shame to set the direction to a generic fire right after establishing what the MC’s magical specialization is.;
Like for the witherblossom I’d rather the building collapse from the vines conjured, fractal magic could likewise cause load baring walls to collapse. I mean fire is fine for elemental magic, artifice (lightning after all), and light/darkness, lasers do burn.
The image of a sigil seems to burn through your eyes searing itself into your brain, it promises only pain and destruction if casted cast rather

The demo was pretty good…The stats screen is also nice but I don’t see the battle stats(maybe it will be added later)…I also liked those small remarks when u choose the eyes,hair and stuff,it fleshes out the story more…And there’s also the matter of the last name…will we get to make a last name later?..And I would like to know what are the choices of future goals of the mc…
1)Can the mc take over the kingdom by coup d’etat?

3) Mc is the only chosen one in the whole world so I figured that the mc will be shown great prestige,love,respect, jealousy etc from people…is that right?

At the human prologue the MC is only 12-13 years old and that will be true to most prologues except for the Elf and Duwende Prologue, this two races are extremely long-lived. For an example, an Elf with 12-13 years old would be nothing more than a baby in the eyes of the elves. At the beginning of chapter one the human MC will be 22 years old.
I don’t plan of changing D’s Kindred appearance, for me to do that I would need to change the appearance of all the characters that are also Kindred. Instead i’ll give the player the option to choose between D being human or Kindred.

I don’t think it’s generic. You have to remember that the MC just went through the awakening, they have no magical knowledge prior to this, zero, nada. They are just winging as they go, it would be unrealistic to give MC the option to cast a blood rending spell at this stage for example.The same goes for the others magic specialties. The fire is the element that better describes the MC’s feelings at that moment: anger, desire to be free from that life once and for all, the urge to cause Jules the most pain, and so forth.

I plan on making a pronunciation guide later on, i’ll probably add a tab for them in the codex, but @QuestionableLemonade is right on this, I did go for Tolkien-like names when coming up with them!
Definitely more like the Khajiit, and even the Argonians since the Kindred are not an exclusive cat-like race but rather an animal-like race.
Their appearance is definitely humanoid like most races but they are not just tall is all I can at the moment hehe
I’m sure I saw an animated header before in a story and it stuck with me how awesome it looked so I wanted to try something similar. I just used Photoshop and a pixel art, it’s basically a gif.

If they could it would need to be a human!MC, the Empire would only accept a full blooded human to marry into the royal family.
The MC’s status as the chosen one is not widely known, only a few knowledgeable people are able to piece the clues together, but their position as the Emperor/Empress Royal Mage is enough to make them the target of all those opinions.
The Hoasir Empire already have all the kingdoms of Alma united under one rule. The continent of Aiya doesn’t have an specific ruler and each free city has its only set of laws and ruling class.
I’ll bê waiting for the ohters prologue ansiously, but, If we can cast a vote for the next race after the elfs, mine would bê giants jus cause i’m one oh them
