I liked the reaction when we see our friend beheaded. The mc doesn’t really react at first, like it has never happened and then break when they really understand it.

The game will be available on Steam, in the Google Play/iTunes App Store/Amazon Choice of Games Omnibus app, and as a standalone app for Google Play and Amazon.

Thanks all! I’ve been working on this for so long now that it’s kind of a wrench to release it into the world. I’m mildly terrified about how it will be received…

I’m not sure what the protocol is about sharing CoG editorial practice on the forums but I HAVE to give some kind of shout-out to @Mary_Duffy, who just received the completely wrong batch of files from me right on the deadline for publication and was admirably restrained in alerting me to my goof! “Long-suffering” is too mild a term for her, she has the patience of a whole pantheon of saints!

The first link doesn’t work, possibly because of http rather than https. Sometimes www also affect these things. :relaxed:

I loved the demo! The premise is truly unique. Both the world and it’s denizens immediately draw you in. Nothing feels forced, the player isn’t railroaded into making certain decisions. From the demo alone I can tell that I’ll be playing this game over and over to explore all paths and get to know this world’s amazing people. Can’t wait for the release! :blush::blush:

This game is super branchy with lots of different things to explicitly explore, including Rebels-style binary decisions like you can support the Caliphate or the Papacy, and it really rewards replays.

I remember enjoying the WIP for this, and am definitely looking forward to the full release! It’s a unique concept that seems to be really well executed.
