Can't buy in-app purchase from choice of zombie&choice of romance

Today i’d like to purchase the in-app purchase from Choice of Zombie & Choice of Romance but it’s failed.
And told me to check the network setting in my IPhone (I use IPhone 4) but i already connect to the internet and can access to FB and web browsing on safari.

Please help i really want to play chapter 2 and chapter 3 in Choice of romance. (Wanna play as Delta force in Choice of zombie too.)

P.S. sorry for my bad English i’m not from the English native country. ^ ^a
