Do we need to send the email through the email linked to our choice of games account or does that not matter? I also realize that my purchase through iTunes usually pends for several days before going through. Will the effect my ability to get the DLC?

I mean, it doesn’t strictly matter. You can always visit reportaproblem.apple.com to access recent purchase receipts that Apple hasn’t mailed you. Though practically speaking you should currently be able to access the DLC on Apple for $0.00.
I’m only able to find the main game not the DLC on Apple right now. Should I just wait to hear back about the key? I’m just a little confused, any help is greatly appreciated.
Are you buying the game in the Choice of Games app or as an Apple standalone app?

Ok, there shouldn’t be anything weird with regard to the omnibus. Buy the game, go to reportaproblem dot apple dot com and pull up your purchase receipt. Send it to support at choice of games dot com, and we’ll grant you the IAP which you can then restore into the omnibus. Make sense?

We’ve had somewhere around 300 people send their receipts in so far this morning, and we’re doing this by hand, so patience is appreciated.
My google play account has a different email to my choiceofgames account due to my email not being acceptable for googleplay (I have a blueyonder one and google doesn’t like that) will that cause a problem if I give you my email for choiceofgames.com as well?
Just say in your email with your receipt what email address is associated with your choiceofgames.com account. What address you send from doesn’t matter. Nothing about the process is automatic. What literally happens is someone goes onto the back end of our website, types in your email account name and credits the DLC.
