Is hybrid going to be humanoid animals? E.g. Reptile people, people with lion manes and lion eyes, a person with snow tiger skin and eyes, that sort of thing.
It will use a percentage system based on the players choice of what their parents were. For example: the father was a wolf and the mother was a human and hawk hybrid, the player would be a half wolf, quarter human and quarter hawk hybrid. The game will then use this, resulting in the player being a humanoid wolf (more werewolf style because the player is more wolf than human) with wings.
Using something like this, there will be a lot more choice when making a hybrid, i’m just afraid that there might be to many combinations and it gets too complicated
Don’t do to many but maybe you could consider certain hybrids/primals more powerful for instance you were on about a bull calling on ancestors and becoming a minotaur but what if a minotaur was a hybrid and you pick that’s aT the beginning as your character and then that calls upon some really really powerful ancestor or something just an idea if you know what I mean
When you say complicated(im assuming your talking about appearance wise) do you mean mutant looking complicated or anime furry looking complicated?
Plz god let it be the former and not the latter
If you human can yu have a primal/hybrid as a love interest?
I vote furry, not a fan of either, but mutants can be scary ;-;

Hybrid/primal/human
Thinking about it, isn’t a bull human hybrid a Minotaur already? Maybe Hybrids don’t have any, “fight or flight” life-in-danger powers but are just stronger, faster, and smarter then Primals or humans, but can’t become enormous beasts or drown a man in flames, all they have is their enhanced bodies, making them possibly not very good at up front combat against a Primal or human, but an ideal assassin.
Debut I meant the minotaur in the first place but I mean it could be really powerful and good in combat, but can’t imagine a minotaur assassin can you?
Hybrids would have their own unique specialties, but they will be permanent not instinctive powers. Of course they come at a price. Using a minotaur as an example, the player will be slower in combat, hardly any one would trust you and living a normal life would be extremely difficult. On the upside, you’d be extremely strong and could beat enemies that would otherwise be victorious against the player.
For hybrid, I have decided to create some main pre set hybrids available to choose from, And then the option to create your own using a parentage styled option. Hopefully it will be available to try out soon!

Sorry for the inactivity, I’ve been away for a couple of days and haven’t managed to do much. I have however, just completed the Hybrid setup! I can happily say that there are now 369 possible Hybrid combinations, 5 of which are pre-made Hybrids that include Primals not yet available in the game.
Now, I haven’t just gone all cheap on this and made some sort of generator that makes a Hybrid for you, but instead I made all 369 combinations unique. They will have their own species names (That was the most time consuming part…), descriptions, traits and abilities. Essentially, they are all completely different. The only problem with this is it’s practically all code. Therefore, when making a Hybrid that isn’t pre-made, you may get hardly any dialogue at all. I reality, there’s a couple of thousand lines of code there, which is the reason this has taken so long.
Now there are two problems that come with this update. Number 1, it is impossible to find errors unless you literally go through every single combination and see if the Hybrid at the end matches the one you were supposed to get. Therefore, I had to make a manual error message (I know right.) that will appear if the Hybrid you get is wrong. If this appears, please tell me what options you chosen so I can fix the problem pronto!
Number 2, Hybrids, well most of them, don’t go to the Torn and follow a separate path. I haven’t had time to fully create this however, so you can’t actually play as a Hybrid yet. Sorry about that.
So yeah, this update is really just for feedback on the Hybrid system, rooting out any errors and also telling me if the name of the species you made sounds rubbish! Seriously, I have added 364 new words to the English dictionary…I’m bad at names too xD
