I am working on a follow-up, not strictly a sequel. It is set in the same world but over 1,000 years later. It isn’t a sandbox, but it is very choice-heavy, and it is somewhat of a tonal shift. Also, it will be 2 books long, as the first part is already nearly 1.5 million words.

I have added lore sections to the stats screens which fill in some of the gaps since the last game. I take a Green Emperor ending as canon, although history’s recollection is murky, and I encourage players to imagine multiple universes for their orc MC if they prefer alternate paths. However, I will not use multiple universes in the games – too unwieldy!

I do have a Patreon :smiley: This month I am on a billing pause, but it is still open to new members, free and paid. Since I almost always drop a large update at the end of a month, the biggest benefit, apart from my gratitude for your support, is early access to the new build. I also post bits of lore and, as and when needed, will poll for certain ideas and directions. Of course, I will respond to question ASAP.

If things go well, I plan to write a whole ‘arc’ for this world. It looks something like this but is liable to change.

  6. A third mainline game, working title Saga of the Void Armadas – a science-fantasy game set in the far future and taking Legend of Galactic Heroes as one of the sources of inspiration.

This all depends on if things go well.
