This is a story that I wrote in two months for last year’s Halloween Game Jam. You play as one of the last surviving humans in an apocalyptic world heavily inspired by Celtic myth. The ghost of a woman follows you as you wander this land, and bades you find where the Red Roses Grow. Along the way, you’ll remember why you are here and who the woman is, and why she makes your cells scream so.
NOTE: Due to the strong elements of dysphoria and dysmorphia present in this story, the PC must be attracted to women. I am considering writing a version where the ghost is a man’s if there is enough interest.
