@SmartKid737, hate to say it, but this thread doesn’t really look like “a place for everyone new,” despite the title. It looks to me like a lot of young regulars shooting the breeze, as they do on several dozen other threads already… and I’ve got no reason to think that would change if we stuck it permanently to the top of page one.
Personally, I’d be inclined to encourage newcomers to the forums to either introduce themselves on the Works in Progress thread (if they’re working on a story) or by commenting on someone else’s story. Or, if they like, on one of the off-topic threads out there where people can tell other forum members what country they’re from, what games and tv shows they like, etc. But @jasonstevanhill may feel differently, and at the end of the day it’s his playground.
Meanwhile, I’m happy to change the topic to “General.”
