Is there a way to both save Jing Guo and defeat Long Chen while still telling Chen about Mei Mei’s bomb ?
Also keep the Wu Clan from getting wrecked ?

I either overused golden seed and died or just failed at the end with the winning option being blanked out

Don’t use the seed in the fight with mooks, before you get to face Long Chen.
No, you can’t use it in that fight at all until the finale where you get the option to punch Long Chen. If your MC doesn’t have regeneration they’ll need to power through the damage with healing talismans, i guess.
Also, what do you mean by Wu clan getting wrecked? If it has to do with Demon Queen then you can avoid it by not killing the dude you meet when you investigate murders at the inn.

Don’t use the Golden Seed at all until it gives the option to either use the pill He Mei gave you, surrendering or using the Golden Seed to its fullest.

So I speedran through the game again since my save broke, with a build I’d say was suboptimal.
Is there a way you can make these level 4 blessings give you all of the perks according to your max limit? I noticed the game was noticably harder without the ability to negate or halve damage.
As they are, I’ll consider these blessing talents worthless in the future and avoid them. Simply passing checks doesn’t make them worth being a legendary since you still need to actually invest in that stat.
Since legendaries are exceptionally rare, they shouldn’t make you think “Damn, I wish I got haggle or infusion boost instead, this is trash…”.
Also I like that we can breakthrough to middle houtian on our own now. Maybe add a dummy option (Like, 10k~ exp which should be impossible or simply 0 chance to breakthrough) to reach late houtian so that people are blindsided by the plot twist in the future, I know I’d find that cool if it was my first playthrough.

Speaking of perks that aren’t as good as they should be, do pristine meridians actually do anything for us shortly after the expedition? Because pills stop doing anything after we get 5000 in our stats. And also, humans in that world don’t actually have meridians, so why is it called that?

It’s not easy to reach 5000 on every stat after the expedition. To make use of both Hao Fan and sometimes normal pills, I intentionally leave them at 4500 max. It saves a lot of exp you can spend elsewhere.
Pristine Meridians is a good money saving perk as impurities will leave you crippled. I agree it stops being as useful after the expedition though. Among the worst Epic talents.
They don’t have dantians, different things.
I don’t remember anything about meridians, but the organ he gives us should be a dantian.
Speaking of Tang Wei, we still haven’t found a qi manual. He must be rolling in his grave seeing how we’re going about absorbing qi.

I’d say it’s also useless from the start if you’re willing to cheat with save/load (or plain edit stats) to avoid the impurities without this talent ever coming into play.

Tang Wei gives the whole package, dantian and meridians. Other “real cultivators” also have both since it’s basically another cardiovascular system:
