When you blow up Long Chen it’s effectively considered a win because at that point he’d be very easy to finish off. You get an achievement for that and all, if on mortal difficulty.
But he pulls out a technical win due to his blackmail. Basically, that’s the best you can get.

How does one Awaken the Asura in the fight against the 5 martial artists with the demon path? Yang is already my teacher and I’ve turned into it before. I also gave the injection from the demon queen’s son to him, but i can’t select that option in the fight.
IIRC you need to obtain/comprehend both parts of the Asura transformation, as opposed to the partial one you can do if you have single part of it.

Giving Yang Bohai the vial doesn’t gain you anything, you need to either take it for yourself or use the qi/golden seed to understand the principle before you turn it in.

90+ on the scale for both the evil/saint traits (on the Saint/Demon meter, it ignores the other one)
If you get the legendary tier one (all checks guaranteed to pass) then no, it gives you automatically maxed out DR. Otherwise yes, the other tiers don’t provide any damage reduction benefit and it’s calculated normally.
