I was playing on Overlord mode so my MC passed the skill checks, I dunno what happens for mortal mode though, do they only survive the fight?
It’s the exact same for mortal, cuz again overlord is just a cheat mode
If you have enough stats, the result is the same, but if you fail the stat, I think it can tear off your arm if I remember correctly.
all I am saying that wolves do not, do stuff without the permission of the top dog, unless they want to be seen as one who wants to takeover or challeng the top dog for they title

And again, what he said about what happened to the wolves after the alpha died? It is not mentioned if they escaped or died or anything, which is a flaw considering that the reason we went with AI was to kill the wolves, but there is no mention of it after the alpha’s death.

from what I have learned in this game is that if a situation looks like a kill or die situation or if the character you are facing is a monster in power, the mc dies

Maybe the actual wolves were just like… normal wolves? and the Alpha was the one who rivals Middle-Houtians.
