This is because the whole open day was as you said rushed. I had to met a deadline which I set myself because I wanted to get it out for a friend so hat he would have something to do while recovering from a surgery.
I am currently trying to write more stuff for Wing MC and the not same gender Stray as well as more romance scenes in general but I am really struggling with it for some reason so for now I am focusing on the next update instead.

i want to start off by leaving my review (again? maybe? i don’t remember if i commented on this post yet) this game is so lovely! i adore the characterization so much. the concept itself is unique, too. onto the feedback. i noticed while playing that the save slots are not usable. i hope you don’t mind, but i code dived to try and figure out what the mishap is.
MORE INFO / HOW TO FIX
First things first, you’re going to want to make sure the smplugin option that shows when you go to upload your files to dashingdon is enabled. I’m pretty sure that’s what puts this all together. Next, the error is in your startup file. You put the following: *comment sm_init birds-of-a-feather | 5 I’m not a cscript expert but I think that’s the wrong format. You can just say *sm_init, no need to add the *comment command. Below I’ll put the right and wrong way to do it.
*comment sm_init birds-of-a-feather | 5
*sm_init birds-of-a-feather | 12
side note: you can choose any # of save slots you want. this should work now. if you have any questions feel free to reply or dm me.

The saves were not working because I forgot to delete a space and and not because its there two times, this one is my “back up” because of the special symbol.

I think you have an indent error in the stats screen, the devotion/doubt bar doesn’t seem to appear correctly.
I wanted to fix this error since forever and finally remembered it.
I still need to add something to make sure it can not go to over 100 or under 0, but I will do that later!

I have some problems with the bookshop scene - when i go with Droznik and choose romance book, my MC change gender from boy to girl. And when i choose fantasy suddenly there is Chase instead of Droznik.
There are quite some problems with the bookshop scenes, I am still struggling with the whole open day 
But I do know about those bugs and will post that fix together with an actual update!

Sadly no update, but I have made it public again.
There is something wrong with a variable that will take some time to sort out, not affecting the gameplay but in the new update it would just randomly skip parts

Just a head ups: update will take longer than I first thought!
Am currently adding some stuff to the open day party… after I realised that I did not write a different scene for female/trans-male Wings who end up with Chase… which frankly doesnt make sense, so i am going to cut it and insert it at a later time! You can choose however to be friends with him.
Because of course, Chase, who at this moment has seen an afab Wing MC like three times totally knows how she ticks and of course she knows that she loves him despite seeing him like three times, and the same goes for Fuchsia /sarcasm
So yeah, going to write that, have already polished most the shopping code (except the troublesome books), going to go over the new update text and add some things for these interactions as well!

Really like the story so far. And did not really did not expected some stuff. (Especially that it is active development as I just stumbled onto it on dashingdon like way way back. (As I stared at the back and went towards the front) and to my knowledge the site is sorted that new and updated stuff is at the front. (And not like after result 1000))
But that was a welcome suprise. I often see stuff I really like just for it to be last updated a few years in the past.

Update!
This update adds around roughly 28.000 words.
However this is a TBA update, meaning you will also see many [tba]s which I currently do not have the motivation or ideas to work on!
Also, one of the testing devices isnt working, so if you spot any scenes that seem out of place, cut off, coming out of nowhere etc, please let me know!
What to do/one can do:
-start from the beginning, as there are new variables!
-meet three new Volery exclusive ROs (one gender selectable, we will see how that works out, and one only for male/trans-fem MCs)
-get together with the Peacock RO
-get to know all real names of the ROs who dont use their real names! (only on their routes)
-get punished (now much easier) and lose a friend maybe
-added a whole new day
-some routes: have a trans awakening, have a talk only for asexual MCs, start a poly route

Heads up, there seems to be an error that makes the biggest part of the update not reachable!
If you think about playing it, I would advise you to wait until I have figured out what is wrong. (Its the weather choice so you could save before that and than try to play with that save once I fixed this)

So this error has been fixed!
I still have to add a few things and make sure the code especially towards the end is working (cause currently someone shows up that shouldnt show up under those circumstances), but thats easy. And since its not gamebreaking its not that urgent to me.
However I have much work the next two days, I will do that on 13.12!
