I’m sure our father would have enslaved us if we had killed our mother or sibling, maybe thrown us in the dungeon for hurting them. I simply think our father has something to do with IT in us. Maybe dad wanted more power but couldn’t tame us and kicked us out.

At this point there is so many scenario that can play out, but so far one thing for certain MC is not just being imprisoned, MC also tortured with gruesome device.
As for why MC still alive think it’s mentioned somewhere that corruptant can’t be killed without certain weapon, which MC blood is the key, but using this weapon doesn’t do much to MC beside hurting them.
MC is special corruptant different with other corruptant MC have some piece of the dark lord, apparently it’s pretty important piece, could explain why MC can’t be killed.

Even if he is the biggest evil others is not innocent, having such people as council member only show that this Kingdom is corrupt.
It only show that this people that with us cannot be easily trusted, it open another can of worm like who among companion which probably tasked as a spy or maybe something worse.

I hope we get to kill this bitch who makes our blood to weapons. I will kill all of the companions beside the cultist (cause he worships me) and BFF. He will have to explain why he didnt free me. If the answer doesnt satisfy me he will also go. Can we start an age of darkness? Evil overlord that sends forth their minions to destroy the hope of humanity. I would like an ending like that. The world of Corruptant fully deserves it.

That would be the scientist, she is the one responsible for creating this weapon and when you talk to her she seem casual about it and doesn’t seem to think MC is human being rather her dialogue show that she think MC is an object or something maybe just her test subject.
She even show the collection of the weapon it’s not like each is made by flaying MC alive isn’t it?

There is limit of being kind, actually showing kindness to lunatic psycho could potentially backfire and cause catastrophe.
You can’t show kindness to Ted Bundy for example or homelander.
Which is why I don’t go full aggressive as for now I want to explore further despite my resentment on how they treat MC.

I don’t think it’s possible for MC to come out after being tortured all this year to be smitten easily just like that.
Actually I think romance is like no 10 on priority list as for now as MC probably more interested in finding our whatever is going on.

True, though I don’t think kindness always means total pacifism. I’m curious to meet other corruptants and see if there is anything sympathetic in them (or even just one of them). My MC might have a hard time killing another corruptant like himself, no matter how monstrous they might be. I suspect he’d have an easier time killing corrupt humans.
Absolutely. And anyway, my MC has only responded well to Everix, but even that’s a… challenging dynamic, considering Everix effectively has the MC under their complete(?) control (looking forward to seeing how that get’s put to the test down the line).

Well first time playing this and it has been a absolute delight and let me say, there is no world in which my mc doesn’t betray the blackguard at literally the first moment possible. Sure might spare a couple if given a chance but sorry not sorry adoptive mom, vengeance all the way cause god damn did she pick every choice that would make our life as awful as possible
