The easiest thing MC could do is disappear and give the rest of the cast nothing. Maybe take Mr. Cultist dudebro with him because he didn’t do anything wrong. It’d be kinda funny if one day the cast just saw MC missing, panicked at what this means for them, and it cuts to MC living their best life. Apocalypse thing probably doesn’t even affect them. Idunno, it’s been a while since I’ve read-

That’s the problem isn’t it? People want MC to stop this but there is no motivation for MC to do so.
That’s the question player should answer what’s the motive? Sure MC can save the kingdom but why?
If MC have some crush with the cast just bring them with MC and disappear why save the rest? MC doesn’t owe them anything, MC have no obligation to do so after that horrible treatment.
Maybe the mc will observe what the hell is actually going on then we were given a choices to flee or save everybody or butchered everyone and have Revenge??

My MC is just having the time of his life scaring everybody by losing his mind to madness and reacting with extreme violence to any situation. All he wants is revenge, carnage and infinite power–if the world dies, so be it. He’s a menace and a masochist, keep spamming the seal rune it’s fun at this point. Literally everyone except the cute little priest is suffering heavily for letting him out–corruptant or not, dude’s hands are free for all and non-prejudice.

At least if not vengeance player is seeking there is still lingering question like how player deal with all this resentment either it is MC own resentment towards this people and how people perceive MC, yeah sure some might argue that MC is desensitized or numb or sinoly doesn’t think about it but still deep down inside there will be hatred.
Player is suddenly taking control a person that is hated, isolated, exploited, tortured and might not be exaggeration to say some of them harbor ill intention toward MC, the fact that MC’s previous ally or friend does nothing so far, it also probably not far fetch either if people know MC’s nature they probably go up and arms to hunt MC, player is dealing with systematic hatred which can be categorized as nationwide at this point.
Ha, yeah, it doesn’t look promising at this point, does it?
Someday, I’ll take multiple characters through this one to explore some choices other than the sort of apathetic, detached path that I’ve been taking (once there’s a bit more to play and I can see more of the fallout of any of our choices).
I’m going for a “kill them with kindness” route. Why would I want to prove everyone correct? They locked me up because they think the corruption is going to turn me evil. So in my play through, the great irony is that they locked up an innocent person.
I LOVE IFs where the MC is hurt by everyone but only if we have an RO who absolutely cherishes and wants to protect the MC, which RO should I go for? I a bit sceptical towards the Binder since they supposedly worked for our torturers, will they make it up to us?
I want to start the game but I’ll only choose an RO who prioritizes MC over everything else.

Sam also cherish MC to an extend, but they really suppress their true feelings deep. I have a feeling we hurt them some way, maybe in the way the Marshal from The Exile IF by Pheo did to Syfin
I also forget the cult guy name but i love him more than every RO and character here so far. Kinda promise to myself to protect him no matter cost and kill anyone who hurt him
The cult guy is the only one that probably doesn’t have weird drama or antagonistic towards MC, but he probably have hidden agenda like influencing MC to certain degree.
First time playing this and I’m equally obsessed and shook with how unhinged the MC can be! When fighting Thomas I just wanted to see different outcomes and was so sure that when picking to kill him quick Handler would stop me in the nick of time, putting me in my place with the rune so imagine my shocked delight when MC cut his head clean off AND it scared everyone! That plus the option to laugh maniacally at any opportunity really underlines an MC that’s just a twisted demonic beast now- whether because of the actual demon or the torture.
Had a super fun time with this and all of the characters, rather than focusing on a single RO I reaaally wanted to see all the interactions even and honestly mostly platonic ones! I’m very excited to see where this goes!
