Not to be the bearer of the dreadful glitch news but I think I found a bug of sorts though not to important of one… anyway was playing a Wolf Yokai until the whole race perk event fires where ya get Apex Hunter then decided after a bit to restart the game as another race cuz of curiosity (chose oni) and when that same scene occurred I looked at the stats of said Spiritblood ability and also noticed Apex Hunter sitting there in my Power Core when It shouldn’t be there. Was on Cogdemos by the way.

Is ch7 available for public demo? Mine save ended after reaching the trials in ch6
No, the public demo currently ends with Ch.6 and arrival to the trial city.

It’s a common bug of games using Choicescript I guess, I encountered it quite a few times myself with AC and other games but it is relatively rare so it shouldn’t affect your playthrough

I honestly did not expect this to be this good… Characters are fleshed out, MC is lovable, plot is interesting, fight is epic, so many branching based on skills picked and characteristics chosen, and gender actually matter in a cultivation novel… I assume author is male from the way of writing some of the scenes (please correct me if I’m wrong), so I especially appreciate the fact. I’ve had seen role playing Wuxia games that just assume every player is male, and sometimes the plot just doesn’t make sense if you’re playing a female main character. But not here! I can actually play a female MC in a cultivation novel and the gender actually has an effect! I’m overjoyed.

Yea! Can’t wait to let my MC spend more time with Angelo! Definitely my favorite route. I do love Kosuke as well… feels like a knight and queen dynamic, just the knight needs constant protection haha, which I found super cute. Can’t wait till Kosuke actually becomes strong and start protecting MC! Gonna feel so accomplished, like raising a wolf cub! 
Haven’t explore the last male RO at all because I couldn’t find the heart to do anything to Desdemona. She’s just so adorable
Another thing I have to say is I love whenever MC is facing Jack honestly. Female/ Male rivalry without any romantic feelings attached is just so rare nowadays.

Just a note, but if you pick Kurokonton as your specialization then you are perfectly free to side with Desdemona at every opportunity, and still get Guiren as potential RO, because you get paired with him from Ch.4 onwards as your trainer. Which actually creates fun potential “from enemies to teasing your trainer into a romance” dynamics.

Will it be possible to get the Light element later on? As it is, it’s the only element which can only be gained through the Shugendo training in chapter 3, which is annoying because that places it in the Yin element1 variable.
I assume it will be because the Crest of Elemental Yang gives a bonus if Light is element2 despite that currently being impossible unless it’s hidden in chapter 7a somewhere.

Supposedly we’ll get a way to swap the elements in the slots somewhere in Ch.8, so there’s that at least.
But yes, it’s a bit sad.
