This is once again a reminder to be kind to one another. You may disagree with certain things that are said but at the end of the day something to remember is that HGs are published with a different set of criterion than CoGs.
So while this game might not be your cup of tea as well as aspects of it, if you cannot find it in yourself to provide actual actionable feedback or constructive criticism the best thing to do is to say your piece and then leave.
If you do not agree with what is being said- it is better to flag and not respond.
oh yeah i want to train this little basterds i want to see them strong even if it required me to throw them off a cliff like how the father Heihachi Mishima did to his son Kazuya Mishima
bro was 5 years old and survived and ended up killing his father and ruling the world
I like playing as an Oni for my Aoyomuso style playthroughs. I like the irony of a demon learning a primarily religious martial style. I imagine my character would be the worst priest ever XD
Kinda, I guess. Just instead of gruff and no nonense, he’s more of a carefree, flirty doofus that has a hidden violent streak that surfaces when fighting.
@cultivator-anon Could we have an option to try and defuse the situation in the inn? I’d like to have the option to try and stop the violence even if it seems fruitless. It would also be a neat option if it led to a three way fight between you, Guiren and Desdomona.
I seem to remember the light element being described as useful for trickery since you can weave illusions by manipulating light. Which is cool when you consider using it with the storm element with its inherent flashiness and power so confusing your opponents is even better if you can be subtle enough with your tricks.
In my head that makes it very difficult for anyone to fight back skillfully when they can sustain big damage easily while they’re at risk of falling for a trap at any time which they might not even realise. At least not without their own brand of crazy abilities.
If it’s not too much of a spoiler, I’d like to know why Jin wants to be a monk? because honestly he doesn’t seem like the type to meditate 12 hours a day, give cryptic advice and be a prude (he’s certainly not the latter)
@Wiliam_Rafael_da_Sil Jin saw it as his best option to gain cultivation guidance away from his home town to catch up to you and he legitimately thought he could get with miko priestesses. as for your caste question, that’s pretty intricate and I should write books for it but it didn’t seem like something to busy the player with: your parents have raised adult Warriors so they’re all set. Warrior Caste typically go through a proving when they’re an adult (16, 18, or 20 depending on the village) and even if they fail they can stay Warrior Caste for their children, but if 2 generations come with no passes they’re typically stripped of their privileges and become Laborer Caste.
@superviv fix for those coming, I’ll try female playthroughs for a few playtests when I finish chapter 5.
And I know someone asked earlier if having strong parents makes you naturally stronger: the answer is a hard yes, especially if many of your ancestors were strong not just your immediate parents, but it doesn’t begin materializing in earnest until adulthood. Reaching Advancement too young is unhealthy so there’s a funny overlap where even the strongest bloodline impatient teenagers get held back by their parents until they’re old enough and they can get beaten up by Laborer teenagers (the MC basically does that if you play your cards right). The gap widens more every year however.
Alright time to jump off the site for a bit and get back to writing.
True but since we have the ability to beat anyone we can challenge to a battle,my mc would win and be the leader.
But I doubt Angelo would want to fight us anyways,he would be like obito when he was tobi, goofing around most of the time till a scenario he seems necessary to be serious presents itself.
That’s what a traditional harem is. A guy and multiple women. Actually this tradition still going on in the modern days. source: my own family
…
A powerful guy (usually political power in real life like some noble) can have multiple wives. My grandpa (father’s father) had 3 wives and my other grandpa (mom’s father) had 8 wives. (My father has 2 wives). We used to be powerful people but then modern government took everything away from us.
…
And in case of wuxia novel most of the mc (male and female both) ends up with harem. This game states that ro’s are heterosexual… So, there won’t be any poly route if author actually go with harem ending.
