I LOVED IT! This will be a fun story to read, especially since it got me wandering…are we a werewolf? I just got that feeling? Or were we part of a secret government organization/Program? Hmmm though I did enjoy the ROs though I hope for few more then 3 ROs, probably the room mates as well since I dont want them to be casual flings but serious ROs
One of the parts I didnt feel comfortable was the embarrasment that I didnt have cash. Since I dont like when people pay for my bills or make me dependent. So I was hoping we get a job as soon as possible or revert back to the profession we had before we dissapeared?

Honestly? It’s safe to say that the MC is my favorite character in this, and the way they can act like a rude, no nonsense type of person is refreshing as hell! No more puppy MCs! We need some unhinged ones! I mean, sure…they mayyyyy be a man eating, monstrous werewolf disguised as a human… but that’s what makes them so cool and interesting!
And about the two ROs…well…I don’t really have any interest in them at all, at least romantically. Narratively/writing-wise? Yeah, I do. I am really curious to know why Karla feels so attached to the MC (she probably had a crush on the MC, lol) and why Cam hates the MC so much…I don’t think it’s ONLY jealousy on his part.
I also feel like Karla and Cam seem to be in some sort of relationship. It probably happened during the MC’s absence from Karla’s life, so she kind of grew closer to Cam during all of that? So there’s definitely room for some drama there.
Personally, I wouldn’t let my MC romance any of them, tbh. Too much baggage, and I would certainly feel like my MC is just meddling in something they shouldn’t be.
I also hope we get to meet ?? soon instead of just dreaming about them, lol. I really hope Jace is a werewolf eldritch monstrosity or smth

I know 3 ROs is on the lower side by current IF standards, but I’m trying to be realistic about what I can handle. I’ve never had to write more than 2 ROs before, so three is already a step up for me xD I like romances to be heavily developed and tightly integrated into the main plot, and if I eventually prove to myself that I can handle three at a level that satisfies my own quality control, I may consider more in future projects. For now, 3 is the number I’m confident I can deliver well.
As for the embarrassment about money, absolutely. Callow can feel that way too, and it’s definitely something they’ll try to resolve in the near future.

I’m the biggest fan of the MC and always see them as the most important character, the foundation of the story, so it’s super rewarding when they get praised. Thank you 
Also, the fact that you don’t want to get romantically involved in the potential Karla/Cam mess, but still find those relationships interesting, is really encouraging too.

I understand people that are very put-off by Cameron, and I also understand he’s acting this way because of the ghosting (and maybe something more?) part. Maybe if we had an option to actually snap and tell him we’re clearly traumatised, scared (figuratively and literally) and confused; instead of just saying “fuck off”, less people would be frustrated?
I hope we get options to talk it out with him later, because rn it feels like he’s the one shutting up conversation and constantly putting MC down.
Even if MC was a monstrous friend before amnesia, no wonder people tell about “memories=you” concept, because one can really act drastically different without their previous experience of the world around them
Also hope we don’t have to swallow his nasty attitude to actually step into RO route, because when I see percentage of approval of RO stats the Cam’s one can be in negative already lmaooo

You’ll have to spend some time with Cam (though quite a lot of it will be optional), so there will definitely be opportunities to talk about his attitude. There’ll actually be one mandatory sequence like that in the next update.
Being critical of Cam won’t lock you out of his romance. The problem starts if he decides you’re a threat or simply doesn’t trust you, or if you don’t manage to charm him enough to make him overlook your red flags (which won’t be easy, because he’s coming into this with very specific baggage).

The hospital was actually the part I had the biggest doubts about. I was worried it might be too long. One of the earlier comments reassured me that it didn’t really drag (which was a big uff for me), and now I’m hearing that there could’ve been more 
So yeah, nothing really replaces feedback from different readers. Even if I let the text sit for a while, come back to it, catch things or tweak the pacing, the reader’s perspective is still the most valuable.
Hmmm, maybe once the whole thing is finished (whenever that happens :P), I’ll think about expanding some scenes, like the motel one.

Hey, just want to let you know I had a continuity error in the hospital when Karla arrived - I chose to not ask about what the nickname was, but in Karla’s POV section it stated that she did tell me it. I didn’t see anyone else mention it so want to point it out.
Otherwise, I also enjoyed the demo! I am usually very off-put by ROs who are dismissive/rude to the MC for no other reason than that that’s their “personality,” but I didn’t fully get that vibe from Cam. I agree with a previous comment that maybe having a section in his POV where the reasons for his coldness could be at least hinted at would be nice (though certainly not required).
There were a few choices where I felt a little funnelled into having to respond a certain way (in that the way I imagined my character would respond was not an option reflected by the choices) but nothing totally jarring, and it’s understandable that the MC’s personality is already predetermined in some manners given the nature of the plot, and I’m certainly not one of those people who feels that the MC should be a totally blank slate that I can customize however I want.

I played as male mc, Cam being hostile/sus towards male mc made sense if he’s interested or protective towards karla even tho mc has suffered..as in reality too men are more harsh towards same gender when woman they care for is involved..ill have to play fmc..im sure won’t like Cams hostile attitude then

He might be a little less harsh with a female Callow in places (carry her bag, for example), but the distrust is still very much there.

A little update.
Progress on Chapter 2 is going quite well. I’ve written 10K words so far, including two of my favorite scenes in the chapter But there’s still a lot left to go. It’ll be a slice-of-life kind of chapter, with all the wrongness, of course, looming over Callow’s head.
How big will the chapter be? I can’t tell just yet, but I’m planning another update post around the middle of the month, and I should have a better idea by then.

Is ‘Cally’ the default name? I picked the name ‘Mei’ for my character but occasionally she gets referred to as Cally.

It is the nickname for the mc. It comes from the mcs surname Callow.
